- To see how many scheduling agreement is created for a given period, use VA05, click on [Further sel criteria] and tick the box against [Sales Document type] Now input the scheduling agreement type and execute. You will get list of all scheduling agreements created within the specified period.
- You can see how many line items are created in a sale order for a given period via VA05.

XSchema: How to get (more) Information about validation errors?

I changed the file car.xml to have an invalid xml-file, then
i validate the demo car.xml using the demo programm xsdtest.
I got the following error message:
In line 7 of car.xml:
LSX-00290: invalid enumeration choice "Hugo"
LSX-00213: only 0 occurrences of particle "sequence", minimum is 1
Validation failed, error 213
The first 2 lines are dumped from the SchemaProzessor. Unfortunatly there is no
possibility to get this information with a methodcall or by return value
to use for further processing!
The only thing i got controlled back is the error code 213.
But how do i get the correspondening errortext ? What means error 213 ?
So here is my suggestion:
Please give accurate information about validation errors! Including:
1) The position where the error occurred. (maybe in XPath notation)
2) An error Number to classify the error (Including a possibility to resolve the errormessage via program.)
3) An error text for the specific case : (for example : invalid enumeration choice "Hugo")
Please give this information in a struct back or provide methods on the
Xschema prozessor.
Otherwise the XSchema support is useless!!!!!

How to get repository informations about a document

Hi,
Is there a way to get informations on a document stored in XML-DB like the date it was created or updated ?
I would like to obtain those informations without extracting the document maybe like querying a view similar to RESOURCE_VIEW.

RES in the RESOURCE_VIEW contains all of that information. RES is an XMLType column. Use Extract or ExtractValue to get the information you require..

How to get log information about any interface...scenario etc

I have created an package which loads file in a perticular folder dynamically.
here after loading each file i want to maintain the log i.e number of records inserted,updated,deleted,error etc,i came to know that in work repository snp_session,snp_sess_task_log, will have the statistics.but in these table records loaded available in the insert step.how do i query these tables properly,how do i get session no other information from odi.

I got one more way to solve this.
SELECT <%=odiRef. getPrevStepLog("sess_no")%> FROM DUAL
we can use this statement in a variable.
After execution of the interface we can use this variable which lets us to know session_no of previous interface then we can use this session_no to get the log by quering tables in work_rep.

Wants to get some info about .ico file usage in InDesign

Hi
There is some .ico file used in a project.
In the .rc file, resouce information is define and given a numeric id to this resouce file.
Then this numeric id is #defined in the ID.h file and used where needed in .fr panel for display a picture on a panel. Things are working well in ms window os as I think .rc file is meant for this platform.
But On mac what more changes I have to do in my project so that I can use these .ico files.

You can use the PNG based resources, these files are platform independent files and can be used both in the MAC and Win version of your plugin. For the approach you are currently using you will have to create MAC specific resource file(.r or .rsrc) file just as you create the .rc file for windows.
For using the PNG based resource all you need is to define a resource as follows
resource PNGA(kYourIconResourceID) "Icon.png" in the .fr file
and also define the "kYourIconResourceID" in the id.h file and you are all set to use the png file both in WIN and MAC plugins. All the application tools icon use png file, so this is the preferred platform independent way to go.

How to get numeric information about system performance using WMI calls?

Hello everyone,
I'll make the question summarized for your convenience. I want to achieve the following task:
-To be able to measure system performance over a sustained period of time.
The way I intend to tackle that task is by doing the following:
-To use WMI calls to get system performance data in a numeric and/or a percentage form. (RAM utilization, CPU utilization, Power state [active/idle]).
The information I am trying to get is EXACTLY the information you can see in Task Manager under Performance tab.
Please help. If you think there is a better way to do this than using WMI calls, I couldn't be more glad to take your advice and apply it!!

There is a better way.
Use PDH function calls. This gets you as close as you can get to the performance counters provided by the operating system.

I need to get some information about an error message that comes up every time I go to Mozilla. Who can I email.

Every time I go to Mozilla I get an error message which says "www.netregistry.com.au:443 uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided." I have checked wit netregistry and there is not an issue on their end and we determined there is an issue with Mozilla. Could you please advise why this message is coming up. It has only been happening for the past 3 weeks.

How to get timesheet information in a javascript (Project Server 2013)

In Project Server 2013, I'm trying to customize the Timesheet ribbon. This far, I've been able to add a new button and tie an event to it. All is working well. This is all done using elements.xml and a javascripts.
Now the problem is that I want to get some informations about the timesheet (the Guid for example) and, for now, I've got no success. I know that there is an object called PS.TimeSheet, but when I try to use some PS.TimeSheet's methods I get an error.
Note that i'm in the page http://servername/pwa/timesheet.aspx (there is not Guid in the address) and all the treatments should be done in the javascript (no call to another aspx page)

Finally, I've found the solution.
My goal was to add a button in the timesheet ribbon to launch a special report showing some data about the timesheet. The report has the timesheet Guid as parameter.
To customize the Sharepoint ribbon, you have to do it via an xml file and a javascript (a lot of explanation is available in the internet that explains how to do it). So I had to call a function in the javascript to launch the report (which is a SSRS report).
When you are in a javascript you have access to many global variables. When the timesheet.aspx is displayed, there is a global variable called "timesheetComponent".
Using this variable we can call the method :
timesheetComponent.m_consumedApi.get_Impl()
to get an implementation of the current timesheet. This implementation has an attibute that has a lot of nice stuff about the current user and the current time sheet. This attribute is
_headerInfo
_headerInfo is a structure that includes tsUid which contains the timesheet Guid I was looking for.
Finally, the function attached to the button goes like this :

    I can get the selected sequence file by accessing the RunState.InitialiSelection.SelectedFile property. However, if i want to get the name of the sequence that was selected in this sequence file, then how can i get that?

   Sorry, i saw this thread a little late. My question is still the same. The solution that you gave actually gives me the display name of the sequence file. But i wanted the name of the sequence that was opened withtin the sequence file. Here is what i have.
A sequence file named TestExport.seq has two sequences - MainSequence and SecondSequence. I open up the sequence file and open the SecondSequence in that file. But i dont know how to get this information about the sequence that is selected within the file. I have an external dll, in which i am passing the sequence file name as RunState.InitialSelection.SelectedFile. But i do not know how to get the sequence name that was actually opened in that file. Because i actually want to get the sequence context of the sequence within the file. The code that i have looks like this:

I looked over the article you mentioned, but I have tried all of these methods, but only get the response "The item “29394D00” can’t be moved to the Trash because it can’t be deleted." Similarly, I cannot Get Info on the file. This is why I'm so concerned, it just appeared on my desktop, but I cannot touch it, or open it or delete it...
If you have any more tricks up your sleeve, I'd love to hear about them...

I just found information in youtube, that it is a spyware, and that it has to be removed, but the information they give for the removal is just working for PCs not for Macs.

I have found a solutiton to the problem I was having. I hope that many more can benefit from the information I will provide.
I started at Finder, then went to GO selected COMPUTER and then Machintosh HD, then Library, Scripting Additions folder and trashed all that was there. This is what worked for me, if you choose to not delete your content its up to you. Happy Computing.
