What do you mean by "fast"? The only way for you is to connect your phone to iTunes and click "Udate. If this seems to dowload too slow, disable ALL security apps (firewall, antivirus, etc.) when updating.
Your profile states you're running iOS 3.1.3 on an iPhone 4 which isn't even possible - the iPhone 4 can't run anything earlier than iOS 4.0

We are in process of upgrading the custom webdynpro and portal components to SAP Portal 7.4.
I saw in some discussions that, we don't need to upgrade NWDI , we need to install new JDK version(1.6) to map that jdk to the new track for migrating the custom component to new track.
But i have questions related to NWDI track dependency files.
When i create new track to support 7.4 components need to be available in the respective track.
we have central SLD and we create all the product and custom software components in that SLD(7.01) itself , To create the custom software component in SLD , i add required dependency files. once the software component is ready, when i create the track in nwdi system i will be able to fetch the custom software component in nwdi system by click on cms update.
But now i need following new new dependency software component versions in SLD related to 7.4 for creating new software component to those dependency's to support the new track in NWDI.
EP_BUILDT
SAP-JEE
SAP_BUILDT
SAP_JTECHS
But my SLD server version is : 7.01 version.
so do i need to upgrade the SLD server to 7.4 get the latest dependent SCA's or just need import new SLD content in SLD server to add new custom software component to create?
kindly advice how to get the new software components in SLD without upgrading the NWDI & SLD system to 7.4

Thanks for the reply.
But i am not able to find the following two SCA's related to 7.4 version. I am able to find the rest of the SCA's. I able to see only 7.02 version related to following dependency files.
SAP-JEE
SAP_JTECHS
SAP-EU (CA EU) ( having only 7.01, 7.02, 7.10, 7.11 and 7.20) related to Guided procedures.
Did they changed any naming conventions related to these software components? if so what are new software compnents names to use

from what i hear, it takes a minimum of 72 hours before you hear back from Apple.
but because there are a lot of people are wanting to get their free upgrades, it might take even longer now.

To update your Blackberry Operating System (OS) software, follow the instructions I will provide. You can check which version your device is running by going to Options>About on your device. Here are the instructions:
How to Update your Blackberry’s Software
1. On your computer, download and install Blackberry Desktop Manager (BDM). The program can be found on the CD that came with your Blackberry or from Blackberry’s web site at the following URL: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/
2. Download the upgrade file for your device. This can be done from the vendor’s web site, such as Verizon’s at http://vzw.smithmicro.com/blackberry/
3. Click on the downloaded upgrade file and install that file your computer. Now the upgrade file will be integrated into BDM.
4. Attach your Blackberry device to your computer and backup your device’s settings before upgrading. This is important so that you do not have to enter your contacts, etc back into your phone again.
5. After backing up, you are ready to begin. With BDM running on your computer, click on Application Loader.
6. Under Update Software, click on Start.
7. Now you will be presented with a list of available software upgrade options. Select the proper upgrade by placing a check mark next to the one you want to install and click next.
8. Follow the prompts and your software will install on your device. It is important to remember that the whole process can take 30-45 minutes. Do not unplug your Blackberry from your computer during the upgrade.
9. Once you receive the message on your computer the process is complete, you are done.

Your device can hold apps from multiple IDs, but to update them you have to swicth identities which is time consuming. If possible use only the one ID. If you need to reset the password for your old ID visit My Apple ID.

until now they were always released as manual downloads.... now i have to read this from adobes blog:

Thanks for the link, Anthony, and yes, I have already seen that. But I don't need the description or justification to know that it represents a step backward in image quality. Admittedly a small one, but a step nonetheless.
Let me be direct: The color-fringing that occurs on edges that concerns me is not addressed by the new implementation. Specifically, the colored remnants from de-Bayering (what some call de-mosaicing) are what bother me.
My point is that the old simple Defringe setting, set to All Edges, worked very nicely to fight this common aberration. There's a thread around here somewhere in which I visually demonstrated the differences.
Here are the important points:
The new Defringe feature, even thyough it has more controls, simply CANNOT be configured to remove those same de-Bayering colored remnants as effectively as the old, simple Defringe: All Edges setting did. Thus the new implementation is not a superset of the functionality of the old.
When one tries to configure the new implementation to reduce de-Bayering color remnants - even with minimal settings - the negative side effects of the new method are much greater and more visible, making it unacceptable to be made a default setting.
It's worth pointing out that the old Defringe feature isn't available even under the PV2010 setting. The way the new Defringe feature was implemented represents a departure from Adobe's philosophy of maintaining compatibility with old settings.
It shouldn't have been strictly necessary to remove the old Defringe feature as it was implemented to add the new implementation, which addresses an entirely different (though nearby) set of aberrations. If necessary to avoid confusion or coding difficulties it COULD have been renamed, though internally it could still work the same. Or it could have been made an either/or setting. Personally I think it would be nicest to be able to combine the two - old and new Defringe features - as needed.
As it is, for the above reasons - and the fact that the newest versions run slower - I've dropped back to using Camera Raw 7.0, which is an acceptable workaround for me for now as I still use a camera that version understands. But of course that's not a viable long-term strategy. If Adobe doesn't see fit to restore this feature I've only put off the inevitable image quality degradation until Camera Raw 8 and Photoshop CS7.

I recently took my mac book and my iphone 5 into the apple store and said that i wanted to no how i update my itunes so that i could put songs on my iphone because it was saying the software on my computer was not allowing me to update to the new itunes... so he said i needed snow leopard 10.6.3 and then i could upload the new itunes. well i did that and now it is saying i need mac osx version 10.6.8 or later to update my itunes... Can I get the prevoius software back on my phone? I cannot stand this new upgrade. Its awful.

So I did the recent upgrade on the phone 7.0.4. CANT STAND IT. I wish to revert to the older software. Is there a way to get it back? I have always been an apple fan, never had issues with the upgrades, but this is so awful I may look to another phone. It is slow, I do not like the calandar, how to text pictures, I cant facetime anymore & cant seem to reset it, I dont like how the home button does not bring me back..... I could go on and on. So, is there a way?

So all of my problems began when I upgraded to 7.0.4.
One of thie things I always loved about Apple was it was seamless. Its not now. I am so bummed. What I was saying above is that I do not like the way you send pics now, I dont like the small grey letters in the calandar ect. I cannot get the phone to face time. It used to. Now it wont. So, the program is not seamless & not easy to fix. I dont want to have to get an upgrade & then try to fix a bunch of things. Thanks you for your comments- unfortunately its several things foing on.
