How I get the newest version of iTune on my iPhone4 without connect to Mac or anyPCs ?
The problem is when I connect the IPhone to my Macbook it appear "the ITunes versions don't match on your IPhone and Mac." Then IPhone is not connect and sync with Mac.
The version of iTunes being referred to is on your MacBook, not on your iPhone. You need to update your MacBook to at least iTunes 10.6.3.

But before you to go the effort of trying to downgrade, try these steps, presuming you're referring to iTunes 11:
- Press Control-B to show the menus
- From the View menu, select "Show Sidebar" and "Show Status Bar'
That makes iTunes 11 look much like earlier versions of iTunes and satisfies many people.

It requires you to have Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6) installed, which can be obtained from the Apple Store.
You being on Mac OS X 10.4 makes it an old system, 10.6 and 10.7 require an Intel processor at least with Lion demanding an Intel Core 2 Duo, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7, or Xeon processor.

i cant stand the newest version of itunes. and now i cant figure out how to revert to an older version. i watched the tutorial but i still cant stand it. is there anyway to downgrade back to the way itunes was before this completely different version.
You can get closer to the old look with ctrl-b to turn on the menu bar and ctrl-s to turn on the sidebar, then select Artists from the selection of views across the top.
If you still want to roll back to iTunes 10.7 first download a copy of the installer fromhere, uninstall iTunes and suppporting software, i.e. Apple Application Support & Apple Mobile Device Support. Reboot. Restore the pre-upgrade version of your library database as per the diagram below, then install iTunes 10.7.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to scan the media folder and catch up with any changes made since the backup file was created.

iTunes on the iPad is part of iOS. It can't be downloaded separately. I suspect that the error message you're getting is actually telling you to update iTunes on your computer.

I've had nothing but trouble with the newest version of iTunes. I can't listen or watch any music or videos on my laptop, iTues often freezes up, movies are taking 8+ hours to download ?!

I am trying to install the newest version of Itunes and each time I repeatedly get the message "Program cannot start MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer Try reinstalling to fix this problem". Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
I recommend removing and reinstalling iTunes using these steps:
Check for .dll files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.
