You can select the object links from dc10 tcode. But if you want to add any other object as object link then the following info as posted in some other thread might be useul to you.
Through Abapers,
You can create New objects using the T.code: SE80.
You can make an object link to SAP objects that are not shown in the possible entries list. To do this, proceed as follows:
1. In the standard system, there are already two special screens for the module pools SAPLCV130 and SAPLCV140 for the linked SAP object.
You must create two new screens with the same number for the module pools SAPLCV130 and SAPLCV140. The processing logic must follow that of screen 1204 in program SAPLVC130.
2. Create function module OBJECT_CHECK_XXXX (XXXX = object name) If the object can be classified, this function module already exists .
Otherwise copy the function module for linking equipment DOCUMENT_CHECK_EQUI and change it as required for the new object.

    If yes, please ensure that the 'c-projects Elements' object has been selected for the particular document type in DC10.
    Also, to view the attached DIR in c-projects, ensure that the RFC is established b/w c-projects and DMS.
    Yes..you can,since c-Folders has functionality of maintaining public and private collaboration scenarios so c-Folders is being used to communicate between Suppliers and Vendors.
    c-Folders is not like webDMS, it is a separate application for which the link can be created from portal itself.
    In c-Folders user ID and password can be created which need not have any licenses.

    Hi,
    You can link the two tables using joins.
    Here's one simple example.
    Select matnr ersda mtart maktx into corresponding fields of table itab1 from mara as a inner join makt as b on amatnr = bmatnr.
    If you want to use outer join use outer join in place of inner join.

    Hi Kiran,
    I am not sure if you are trying to create a MM based report with FI details but standard report MIR6 or MIR5 shows the details of the amount and reference document from the invoice but little PO information related.
    If you are creating a new report and are using EKBE as one of your tables, then the missing link would be to utilize table RBKP- Document Header: Invoice Receipt.  This table contains the reference and gross amount information with reference to the MM invoice document.

    1. Create RFCs between SAP PLM and SAP DMS servers using by tcode 59.
    2. Once connection established, then you can transfer tha data from PLM- cProject suits to DMS.
    3. You can also transfer tha data from cProject suite to DMS or vice versa through web.
    You can ask to your BASIS team.

    I am not sure whether I understood your requirement clearly.
    If you just want to link a document to your service desk message, you can easily attach the document to the "attchmnt" tab of the "notif_create" transaction, if you are using "notif_create" to create your service desk message.
    (ii) If you are using "crm_dno_monitor" transaction, then you can upload the document in the "documents" tab of this transaction.
    (iii) But, if your requirement is that that you have to upload the document in the Solar01/Solar02 transaction and only have to link to your service desk message, then you can generate the URL of the uploaded document and attach it using the "My Network Places" button of the "Open File" dialog (that comes up by clicking the "export" button of the "attchmnt" tab of the "notif_create" transaction) and specifying the URL in the "File Name" field.
    (iv) If the requirement is the same as in (iii), but if you use "crm_dno_monitor" transaction, the same procedure can be followed in the "documents" tab of this transaction or else we can also use the "create URL" button of the documents tab.
    Hope you know the procedure for generating the URL of the uploaded document.

    Hi Im new in this and I would like to now how to link interactive fields in acrobat.
    lets say that I have 10 files (File1, File2, File3 etc......) and each file have the same  COMBO BOX that display 5 options (option 1. option 2, option 3, option 4 and option 5), all 10 files have the same combo box with the same options, but i want to DELETE option 3 from each file.
    So, how can I do it, beacuse right now I have to do it manually each file at the time, and in real I dont have 10 files I have 500.
    Please I would appreciate any help.

    I am not so sure yet but in the PLD properties window on general tab of SBO 2005A there is field name link to. its description is :
    Creates a link between several fields, to determine if the system collectively displays or hides them. If a field is blank or hidden, its linked fields are not printed either.
    To create the link, choose the Unique ID of the field to which you want to link the selected field.
    If the field Total Liable in the document is set to zero there is no need to print the Tax, Discount, and Total fields. It is possible to link these fields to the field Total Liable by selecting its unique ID in the field Link to, found in each one of their Properties windows. This will then hide the fields when Total Liable is zero.
    If a linked field is not yet calculated, the field is ignored.
    Another example:
    Steps for Version 2005A:
    Link every existing field in the Repetitive Area
           to itself (thisinlcudes hidden fields as well!)
    add the following fields to the Repetitive Area
    Field_1:
    General Tab
    untick visible
    Left = 0 / Width = 0 / Top = 0 / Height = 0
    Content/Variable Tab
    Variable No.: 157
    Field_2:
    General Tab
    untick visible
    Left = 0 / Width = 0 / Top = 0 / Height = 0
    Content Tab
    Source Type: Formula
    Field_1 ==' '
    Increasethe Height of the Repetitive Area to allow placing the following field vertically below the exisiting fields of the Repetitive Area - tick Height Adjustment for the Area!

    Thanks so much for your help. I have been trying to do the way that you have suggested but am unsuccessfull...... Can you please tell me as to where should I create a field in the second popup view...??? After I double click on the link between "Start" and the "BAPI" in the second popup view...... , I find no "+" symbol in the "Configure Element Panel"  using which I can add the value taken from the first popup view.....
    Is there any pdf file or documentation that shows as to how to do this process...????
