Form numbering can be done in a variety of ways. For high volume jobs (or small jobs, too if you happen to own a numbering machine) the numbers are often printed separately after the forms themselves are printed.
The next most efficient method is to use a printer with variable data capabilities that can pull the numbers from an external file and add them to the print job as it runs.
The only way to do it directly in InDesign is to make a multipage file -- one page for each number. To do that you will need a list of numbers as a text file, one number per line. You can use this file either for a Data Merge or you can place it like any other text file. Which method is best will depend on the job itself. In either case, I would recommend putting all of the repeating text on the master page. For data merge, leave a hole where the numbers belong and apply the master AFTER you do the merge. For placing, include a frame to hold the number on the master page, apply it to page one, and use autoflow.

Not to change but to let it expire the current 3-month contract at its end thereafter to start 1-year contract with the same Skype number.

How do I reinstate Skype Number?

I am experiencing the same problem. There is no reinstate button on my page either. They started bombarding my email with payment refused all on the same day and when I logged into my email I had never received any of these notices that were backdated until the date of the actual expiraton of the account. I logged into the account and updated my payment information. However it still is not allowing me to reinstate the number. Went to the customer service support page where you can send an email and when I click on the topic to put one in the computer takes me back to the log in page like a viscious circle. I am unable to send them an email. Very upset and irritated beause they should have sent out notices two weeks prior to cancellation so that I could have updated the information. I have had this skype number for over 5 years. I am in mainland China and I am sure the monitoring of the internet here has something to do with the viscious circle to get in touch with them by email

Here is the thing with Skype Number subscriptions: now that you have changed or updated your payment method, your current Skype Number subscription will need to be cancelled or allowed to expire before you can sign on to your account dashboard to reinstate your Skype Number, refreshing the subscription, using the new payment method.
So, the next step is to sign on to your account dashboard once again to determine the date your current Skype Number subscription expires.
Your number will be held on account for 90 days following the current subscription's expiration date, so you have time to log in and start your subscription again.

if method SET_FILTER_CRITERIA doesn´t help, I think that you must work with 2 internal tables, a counter and a loop for filtering the records to be displayed:
case counter.
when 1.
     loop at int_table1 from 1 to 500.      "<-- your table with all records

     loop at int_table1 from 501 to 1000.

In the standard Automatic Payment Program F110 when we do a payment run and see the list of proposed Invoices that will be cleared - the requirement is to allow the user to double click on the invoice number and it should go to FB03 or MIR4 depending on if it is a Non-PO or a PO invoice. Is there a way to do this with out doing an implicit enhancement point.

I don't think it so it is possible in F110. You can copy the document number from F110 and go to FB03--Document list, paste all the document number from there you can double click on the document to see the full details.

Are you saying that you want to print 5 random unique numbers - 12, 5, 459, 2, 42 as opposed to 12, 5, 459, 12, 42?
If so you have two options:
1. Place the generated number in array or collection only if it is not already present and then when you have 5 numbers print them out (or you could print them out when generated).
2. Place all possible numbers into a collection, shuffle them and then print out the first five numbers.
