How inco terms is getting picked in PO

Hi All,
       Can you please let me know hoe inco terms is getting picked in PO when we create a PO.
Note : In this case I've already checked the vendor master and info record. The inco term is not maintained in both these places but still it gets picked in PO when I create one.

I have worked for some more in this regards.
First i am more worried of how these 5 indicators (delcom,GR,GRnonval,Final,PArdel) are comming in the Delivery tab at the same time.
Because in Normal it it should be three( Decom,GR, GRnon)
it is STO it should be (DELcom Final inv,GRnon)
but i have tried for some wired option where i got all the 5 in the po, for acheving the same i have to create a Doc type as NB with control as T.
Know , I want to ask some more questions to understand the issue more and provide a solution
while creating the PO
1)whether vendor is displaying as vendor or it is showing as supplying plant
2)what is the Purchase order document type -mens its control feild and the feild setting that was  maintained.
3) As you said that the vendor you are using is a plant, what is the account group of the same.code +description.
4) As you have stated that for only one plant this indicators are comming ,so which plant the plant in the vendor feild or the plant mentioned in the item level plant feild.
if you could give me the answers of the above ,we are very much near to the solution ,becoz i have worked out many permutations and combinations of the same.
but one question why are you using this process leaving the STO process for Plant ot plant transfer .
what is that perculiar req..
and regarding the PO history creation,it is standard setting in SAP for the PO history Tab in the SPRO
for the delivery costs a seperate line items gets created with the same material doc number
--> the reason is for the release of payments , the GRn can be for the main vendor but for the Freight which is a delivery cost it can be mainvendor or a different vendor ,to process it differelt in MIRO this setting is made.
