How instantiate data when I run the workflow by transaction ?

Hello,
I created a workflow using BOR BUS2005 starting by transaction.
I put the BOR BUS2005 on my workflow-container and on the tab-initialvalue I put the value N° 223344.
I mean that when I test the WF, this one is triggered if an event is created by Order N° 223344. So it's ok it's run.
But when the user, by start transaction, choose an other order number the WF is not triggered.
So my question:
How to pass the order number entered by the user at object bus2005 ?

In other words:
We must use a structure on form start but inside the workflow there's a BOR. SO, how to link data entered on structure at bor ?

tks for reply.
"Workflow starting by transaction" mean that I created a "Start form" used to trigger the WF.
Usually there's an event used to trigger a WF, but in my case non.
I used a form (and related transaction) created in SWDD and called by SWUI: the user can entry a parameter -
in my case manufacturing order number.
Inside a WF there's BUS2005, and I have to pass the order number entered in start form to BUS2005.
My question is: how to do it !!
Need more info ?

What are the criterias to consider while deciding when to run the mrp?

Hello Friends,
Actually i was just thinking,if any company wants to run the mrp for planning than how to decide,when to run the mrp(daily,weekly,monthly).
One of the factor,while deciding this could be the raw material procurements,right?if they procure raw material once in a month than they should run the mrp once in a month.(even we can control this by keeping monthly lot size,if you run the mrp every week).
What could be the other reasons?

As said by our other forum friends it depends on the business requirement.
In one of my project as the client were recieving monthly plan for their production MRP was carried out monthly.
It can be based on the production plan or say sometimes the maximum lead time for producing a product.

How to get SYSDATE in the header section dynamically when we run the report

I have one more issue may i know how can i get the sysdate in the header section when i run the report.
as we have the requirement like this
In the header section
Run Date : ("sysdate").
How to get the sysdate dynamically in the RTF template, when i go across the google i found that header and footer section did not allow form fiields .
So is there any way to do it.

You cannot insert form fields in the Header section, but you can just insert the code to achieve this. For example: insert this in the header section to view the sysdate: You could format the date as you would like..

TS2986 I keep getting the message that my HD is full, when I run the disk utility it appears that over 400 GB are in the "Other" section, how can I access that area to clean up?

Please help me to figure out how to clean up my HD. When I run the disk utility I get the following view:
As you can se 467.79 GB are in the "Other" section, but I cannot find a way to get to that and clean it up, please anyone out there How can I clean that up?

First, empty the Trash if you haven't already done so. Then reboot. That will temporarily free up some space. According to Apple documentation, you need at least 9 GB free for normal operation. You also need enough space left over to allow for growth of your data. Use a tool such as OmniDiskSweeper to explore your volume and find out what's taking up the space. Proceed further only if the problem hasn't been solved. ODS can't see the whole filesystem when you run it just by double-clicking; it only sees files that you have permission to read. To really see everything, you have to run it as root. Back up all data now if you haven't already done so. No matter what happens, you should be able to restore your system to the state it was in at the time of that backup. Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways: ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.) ☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens. ☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the page that opens. After installing ODS in the Applications folder, drag or copy — do not type — the following line into the Terminal window, then press return:sudo /Applications/OmniDiskSweeper.app/Contents/MacOS/OmniDiskSweeper
You'll be prompted for your login password, which won't be displayed when you type it. You may get a one-time warning not to screw up.
I don't recommend that you make a habit of this. Don't delete anything while running ODS as root. When you're done with it, quit it and also quit Terminal.

Yes, I need to retrieve data. So due to that problem, I cannot really get any data. I am not sure is that problem is due to the USB GPIB or not. But once I click on the click arrow, everying goes fine from initialise, measurment... once it comes to Read measurment, it has error (say somthing like: VISA Wait on Event for RQS.vi->HP34401A Read Meas.vi->Untitled 1) I have no idea like what it shows up.

Skimming the templates in the Template Chooser shows you all of the pages available in the template once you open it. You can insert the one(s) you want, even more than one of any of them. Most users don't want or need all of the different pages, especially when they start the document.

When we run the FLEET transaction in SQ00, system is not displaying data. If I enter the same values in selection in quality system, I am able to see. But with the same values is not storing in production, the output tale is not getting values.

I found half the solution to my problem, that is, the part about the hover state to click on the button:
1) I converted my Button in ToggleButton
2) I have added this Style based Triggers:

You simply set the IsChecked property of the first button to false when the second button is clicked:

Hi Nanda,
Just follow these steps:
1) Create a bounded taskflow (uncheck the create with fragments checkbox)
2) Drag the CreateInsert operation on your bounded taskflow and mark it as the default activity
3) Drag a view and link the CreateInsert to the view component using a control flow case
4) Double click on the view to create the page
5) Drag the view object on the page as an ADF form
6) Go back to your bounded taskflow and from the General tab make sure under visibitliy you select "url-invoke-allowed"
Run you tasfklow and your form will be rendered in insert mode.

I have set "Show Horizontal Scroll Bar" to "Yes" and "Show Vertical Scroll Bar" to "Yes" in the WINDOW Property.

But still the Horizontal and Vertical Scroll Bar is not working when i run the Form.

window and canvas show scroll bar when it need.
You should show block property
and set block scroll bar

The error... when I approve the workflow

When I approve the workflow, the PR's status (PO_REQUISITION_HEADERS_ALL.AUTHORIZATION_STATUS) is 'IN PROCESS'.
But the notification¡¦s status (WF_NOTIFICATIONS.STATUS) becomes 'CLOSE'.
I find the error log in wf_item_activity_statuses. (where item_type = 'REQAPPRV' and item_key like '%94210-595540%')
What is mean about the error, and how to solve this problem?

Recover software as you have described is pretty much your only option - keep in mind that if wait, some of the currently recoverable data may well be over-written and lost.
