How is PS activated in the creative cloud upon purchase?

I have downloaded and am operating in the 30 day trial do I have to wait for that to expire?
I have the S/N for my PS purchase but I am unsure what will be required to activate my purchased PS.

Hi Scully87. Which version of the Photoshop you have installed and which version you have purchased?
There is no serial number for Creative Cloud products.

  • How do I logout of the Creative Cloud?

    I've been trying to download the Photoshop Free Trial, however when the Creative Cloud application appears and asks me to verify my email it send the verification email to an old, inactive account that I can no longer access.
    Here is what the window looks like:
    I've read the reply to another similar question asked formerly on this website, however I can't find this specific window, and the gear icon on the window shown above has no log out button or anything similar to what was mentioned in the already answered question.
    I'm not sure if there are multiple versions of the Creative Cloud or not.  On my Adobe ID, it says that it's the "Creative Cloud Free membership", and I'm not sure if there is a paid version that's different or not.
    I'm terribly sorry if I'm using the wrong terms and I hope this makes sense.

    (Also, I've logged out and logged back in again on the Adobe website, uninstalled and reinstalled the CC software, and have restarted my computer.  None of those things have worked if you were planning to suggest that.)

    5. AAM downloads and installs the software on your computer.

  • How to activate and utilize the Creative Cloud with a proxy server.

    Anyone know how to get the cloud activated from behind a firewall / proxy server?

    My Adobe Application Manager connects, updates and downloads all applications.
    However, when I open an application, it does not detect a connection to the internet and states that an "Internet connection is required for subscriptions."
    So what is it that I have to do to get this to work?  Many people are having this issue, do a google search on this and you will not find a solution.  We need one from Adobe.

    Don't bother answering this question. I got it already. If you're using a mac you have to go to Spotlight on top of the toolbar to access it.

  • How t download apps when only trial versions appear?? - I am an active member of the Creative Cloud.

    After signing in to Creative Cloud, I attempt downloading of different applications (for example Photoshop and Illustrator) but
    I only get the trial versions as an option for download.
    I am confirmed as an active paying member and I did install the latest version of Adobe Application Manager.
    What else can I try? Please help.

    If you are getting the TRIAL option on the creative cloud website then follow the steps for section A.
    If you are getting the trial prompt when launching the installed application,  follow the steps on Section B.
    Section A (Applcations in trial mode in creative.adobe.com):
    1. Please make sure you are logged in with the active subscribed adobe id.
    2. Try to log out and log in back again.
    3. Try another borwser.
    4. Clear the cache and history of the browser reload it and then try logging again.
    Section B (Trial prompt when launching the installed application )
    Launch one of the problem Creative Cloud applications.
    On the Creative Cloud app trial screen, click License This Software.
    Sign in with your Adobe ID associated with your Creative Cloud membership.

    Sure , you can install on both Mac as well as PC .
    Max activation allowed = 2 computers.
    Student discounted price will be valid for one year.
    Later you can purchase with different Adobe ID , with valid proof of eligibility .
    Once you had purchased yearly prepaid subscription , it will not expire for another one whole year , whether you are still student or finished graduation. It will expire after year.

    You have two activations with your membership. If you install on a third machine and activate you will be shown a dialog asking you to deactivate one or both of the other two computers.

    Welcome back to Adobe Forum,
    In Creative Cloud, you sign in to activate your software.
    Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet.
    Start the application.
    Choose Help > Sign In. (If this option is dimmed, you've already signed in and don't need to activate your software.)
    Log in with your Adobe ID (usually your email address) to activate your subscription. If you don’t have an Adobe ID, you see an option to create one.
    Note: If Creative Cloud prompts you to enter a serial number after signing in, see Creative Cloud applications ask for serial number.
    Signing out of one Creative Cloud application deactivates all Creative Cloud applications associated with your Adobe ID on that computer.
    Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet.
    Start the application.
    Choose Help > Sign Out (Your Adobe ID).
    Click Sign Out.
        Alternately, you can sign out from all Creative Cloud applications on your machine using the Creative Cloud app for desktop. 
    Open the Creative Cloud Desktop App.
    Choose the Settings icon.
    Choose Preferences.
    Choose Account.
    Choose Sign Out from Creative Cloud.

    However I would request you to go for Creative Cloud for Team in which you can add the number of seats & install it on computers required.
