Phone B should be on the 'Hello' screen. Do not swipe it. Launch iTunes. Plug in Phone B.
When iTunes asks if you want to set up as new phone or restore from backup, choose restore from backup of Phone A.
After this setup, any changes to one phone (i.e. adding a contact, downloading an app) will have to be manually duplicated on the second phone, if that is your desire). Making changes to one phone will not affect the other after setup. -

If you want to use your exisiting Apple ID on your iPad, you need to:
1. Go to Settings>iTunes & App Store and sign out the new ID, and then sign on the old one
2. Go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and delete the iCloud account, and the sign back onto iCloud using the old ID
You still have not indindated why you are saying that using your old ID originally "didn't work". What do you mean by that? Did you get some sort of error when you tried to sign on with your exisiting Apple ID?

Do you mean iTunes library?
iTunes account is what you use to make iTunes purcahses.
iTunes library is what is on your computer.

No, it tells you it can only be sync'd with one iTunes library.
Simplest way is to copy the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder (thisis the iTunes library) from old computer to new computer. -

Always before I hook the iphone up to the imac and open up itunes it recognized the phone and synced. Then you click on the phone and you had a choice of "on this phone" and it would show the folders and songs on the phone. Now, when I hook it up it, it will recognize and sync, but there is no "on this phone" choice and I do not know how to get songs or mp3's from my cd that is in the computer drive to my iphone in itunes. Where did this choice go? How do I get things from a disc to my phone?
Your post is confusing to me because I don't understand the process you are describing. Normally, you would import your CD music into iTunes, then sync your iPhone to iTunes, capturing the music on your iPhone. The "On This Phone" tab would be irrelevant.
Anyway, you can see "On This Phone" by pressing the iPhone icon toward the top of the iTunes window when the iPhone is plugged into iTunes. "On This Phone" is a tab toward the rear (the "Summary" tab is at the front). -
After downloading the ios7 to my iPhone 4s, the keyboard does not have the microphone so I can't speak to text. How do I get this feature back?
Go to Settings > General > Siri and turn Siri on. Once you turn it on, you will have the microphone key back on the keyboard

I have an iphone 4 and downloaded my first movie (hd) onto my PC (windows 7) I have not been able to figure out how to transfer the move to my iphone. The movie is in a new tab called "rented" not under the "movie" tab. All of the support I have read talks about the movie being in the "movies" tab. I cannot use the "move" function or the "transfer" function because they are not available. Is this an issue because I just updated to the newest software?
In order to download to your phone over the air, you need to be connected to WiFi.
It's possible the Internet connection through Verizon is not stable enough for the downlaod to begin (it is a very large download).
You might want to head over to Starbucks with your laptop for the afternoon and see if you can download it over their WiFi. -

It is not an app. It is a feature of icloud and iphone. Did you set it up on the iphone itself BEFORE it was stolen? If not, then you cannot track it at all.
