I bought Mac Mini little over 20 days but less than 30 days ago. With recent announcement of refreshed Mac Mini model, am I eligiable for exchange?

If you purchased from an Apple Store, you had fourteen calendar days to return the product, so at this point you're beyond the official return period. You can contact the Apple Store from which you purchased the Mac and ask if they could make an exception for you. If you purchased from an independent dealer, than as woodmeister said, you'll have to ask the dealer about their return policies if any.

After it cools off. You need to find out what caused it to overheat so this isn't a regular problem.
Open Activity Monitor in the Utilities folder. Select All Processes from the Processes dropdown menu. Click twice on the CPU% column header to display in descending order. Installing the cabinet? does that include the outer green shell? or what is actually going in it? Well if it's only the outer shell then it could take anything up to 18months to fill it, however, if they are putting what is needed to fill the green cabinet then personally I was able to order around 2 weeks after they filled it.

I updated all settings, how long before apple logo goes away so the unit can reset?

I recently "updated all settings", the logo has been on my screen for over 1 hour. About every 10 min, a short "blue screen" appears, then the logo re-appears. How long before the unit will reset to normal? (unless I have a hardware issue...)

Once you have tapped to install the app and input your apple ID it will appead on the home screen, where you will see a progress bar as it downloads and installs, that app should be fairly small so it should be a minutes or less on a good connection. If you can't see it, swipe left a few times until you see a search bar, type in the app name and will search the iPad for it

HT5622 I keep getting a pop up about signing into an Icloud account. It won't take the password. I tried to log in on pc and sign in and screwed up on my security questions and it's kicked me out.. how long til I can try again?

I am in iphone **** or better icloud ****. When I try to go ointo settings on the phone a signin prompt pops up continuously with one apple id. I think i've made it that i have a separate icloud and apple id. I am trying to delete the icloud id. I made all the passwords the same so that there should be no problem but the phone won't still take the password. So when i went in again, looking to see if I could delete the icloud, i screwed up answering my security questions and am now unable to enter that icloud id. How long til I can again? Secondly, since the phone won't accept any password, I have tried to delete it. When I do that, it come up with a request for that same password to shut of the locator service. What the heck? I'm frustrated. I just can't get the hang of apple software and itunes seems to be just as bad for me. Any suggestions appreciated ( aside from stomping on it, I've considered it). It sounds like you have the Find my iphone Activation lock for sure. Go to www.icloud.com/find and see if you put in that Apple ID that is coming up and yoru password to see if you are able to sign into the account that way to turn it off. If you are unable to, you will have to contact AppleCare by phone (chat cannot handle account lock outs or forgotten password due to not being able to verify your identity) and see if they can reset it. And are you sure the Apple ID that is coming up yours?

Sorry, its on both my iphone 4s (2 iphones) and ipad2 that the app store is slow, I have done all the above and still when i download a 1 mb app it take about a half a hour just to download and previously it wasn't even a second. When browsing the web the devices are fast and internet speed is good, but when going in to app store it takes long to load and show me the new app, updates, featured app ect. We watch movie online and the streaming is brilliant. Even on my windows pc the app store is slow and sometimes says that i store could not be opened, i have also tried on my buddies wifi and there it does exactly the same which makes me think that its on apples side, but why do you not have any problems?
