How long does it take to access app store during a Lion reinstall?

After updating Safari, it does not respond at all. I am reinstalling OS X 10.7.5. I attempted this last night it never could sign into the app store. I began the process again and found that it was taking a while to begin the procss. How long should it take to start accessing the app store?

Yes I'm using Logic Studio on Lion right now. It all works fine in full 64bit Kernal and application mode. Although, none of my 3rd part plugins work. And my Novation 25SL MKII only works as a midi keyboard, its automap software does not work in Lion(yet).
I was also going to purchase Komplet 7 and NI Maschine this weekend. But could not, as niether work in Lion yet either.
So, if I was you, I would stick to Snow Leopard, until all the other software, hardwar and plugins are brought up to date to support Lion in 64bit mode.

When I first submitted an App to the App Store, it felt like it only took a couple days for it to be approved, but now that I've submitted an update, it's been over five days now that it's been In Review.

Yes same here.
I can only guess its on purpose, its Apples attempt to stop people submitting lots of tiny updates.
They want you to get it right FIRST TIME, and if not, make sure you fix it properly in a single update.

How long does it take to receive confirmation email for Mountain Lion

Hi, I received my new Mac Book Pro Retina two days ago, and I'm eligible for an upgrade to Mountain Lion, I filled out the form, and have a reference number, but haven't received a email back with the code to be able to download it from the app store.
Do you think I could just download it from the App Store and claim a refund later?

As an update, I called Apple and they mentioned that in some cases, even though i've been told 24 hours, it could potentially, but be unlikley that it takes 72 hours after signing up on the page for the activation code.
I did express my frustration with this, as the Apple Care person on the phone was able to see that I was 'approved' eg: I bought my mac 2 days ago and serial passed. But was unable to access any code, but mentioned that it was an automated processed and an email will be going out.
Also read one some of the posts here, 'and this is unconfirmed' - is that there was codes given out, and some people were having problems with the codes, and maybe this is the reason why it is taking so slow.
Your guess is as good as mine, but will be patient.

The only old discussion from 2007 suggests up to 30 minutes. It seems strange that it would take so long. Has anyone tried this more recently on a PowerMac G5 using Mac OS X 10.7?

It varies, RPM speed, #of files.. fragmentation.. hardware stats, damage to repair, etc...have their factors.
Can take a couple minutes, or up to 7 or more. I suppose it's possible to have to wait 30 mins, but generally if it takes that long you're basically stuck with the need to re-install the os at that point anyway.

It depends on many things.
When the debtor updates the CRAs. Sometimes they do it on a case to case basis and sometimes in bulk by an accounting dept.
When the new update from the CRA is recognized by the credit monitoring company. Depending on the company and what triggers new alerts.

I had a similar experience yesterday. The Apple email that I got said:
"In five to seven business days, a credit of xx USD should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase."

2. Installing the software from your Mac onto the iPhone.

Step 1 will depend on your Mac's download speed. We are talking about downloading more than 1GB.
