Servers are swamped. Download times are varying but not less than 12 hours to finish. Quit the download if you can and wait until tomorrow or the next day.

How are you downloading, wireless or wired via iTunes? The two are very different file sizes. Wired is more than 1 GB and wireless is something like 100 MB. Mine took less than 10 min start to finish on wireless with a high speed Verizon FiOS line.

It totally depends. The servers are getting slammed. Bunch of people trying to download at the same time.
Anecdotally, it took me about 20 minutes.
Give it time, keep trying, should eventually work.
Ways you can maybe speed it up - use iTunes, get off wifi and do a hard connection via ethernet. -

If it were me I'd say that the extra cost was a cheap insurance policy against external forces messing things up - but you make that decision
Waiting three days to order and shipping ground rather than express will increase the chances of it not making it - probably still 95% + (guessing of course) that it will but every day you wait makes the chances less and not using the fastest shipping also increases the chances of failure
If money is the issue then ordering today rather than Wed would be a good idea to me

How long does it take to get approval from iTunes Connect and how do I find out if they are even working on it? I'm not really sure if my application was even delivered - from the links in IBA. Any suggestions how one might push the right buttons at Apple?
Also went around in a big circle trying to get beyond the confusion of not having the right Apple ID when I've had it a long time. Confusion abounds and learning this forum also takes a new degree of patience. Humbling to say the least :-)

I returned my MacBook on the 6th or 7th day of having it, and paid the re-stocking fee, 2 weeks ago. Yet I still have no refund. How long does it take to get my refund?

Call Apple to find out what the status is on your refund or you can go to the Apple store and find out what's going on in person.

I downloaded ios7, and it started installing it via wi-fi 3 hours ago.
Unfortunatelly it seems stuck halfway through.

How long does it take to get GPS fix on N95 8gb?
How many satelites and how long does it take to get the signal fixed? It took me 15 or more minute sometime to get it fixed, and not just that, it gets discconected too from time to time.
Is this software issue? I;ve updated everything needed. I even purchased the 3 year license.
Unreal...I'll back up the point on Maps 2.0, I installed it on my N82 straight out of the box, and it found its first GPS fix in about 30 seconds, and what was most remarkable is that I was in the house (fairly close to a window). I'd fired up the app to get through the activation bit, seeing the green lights on the signal indicator so quick was a surprise.
The design of the N95 is an issue as well, the GPS chip is under the keypad area, reception would be better if it was position near the top of the phone at the back, as it has the best chance of a view skyward from that position.
