How long does it take when you report an app purchase problem?

On playing the game CityVille I tried to buy 1 starter pack for $4.99 which failed, gave an error 500 and said try again later. I tried several times later with the same result. I then received a receipt from ITunes Store for 8 purchases for 4.99 each. I reported a problem with the purchases but have heard nothing back. How long does it usually take for these types of problems to be resolved?

This is a user-to-user support forum, so you might have to expect more than a few hours to get a response.
From what I've heard, there is no rhyme or reason as to when Apps get approved - could be the same day, could be weeks, and the developers who have talked about it have said that they have no idea why some go quickly and some slowly.
You might get better help in the Developer's Forum - as I said, this forum is focused on users, and this particular iPad forum is not as followed as the "Using iPad" one.

I'm having the same problem. I have my main Library on a WXP machine and a new W7 laptop. My iphone 4 sees the library from the W7 machine, but neither the laptop nor the iphone see the big library on the WXP machine. We are Users, like yourself. We do not work for Apple. Contact them directly at the location you turned in your unit. Depending on parts supply stock and work load, completion time can change day to day.

I have question concerning the iPhone 4s. I am currently not sure if my iPhone 4S shows a malfunction or not.
After switching on my iPhone 4S it can take more 45 seconds before the dialog to enter SIM card PIN is displayed. I observe the same duration with two SIM cards from two different providers. It is not fully reproducible. In some care cases the dialog for requesting the SIM card PIN is also displayed after a few seconds. On my iPhone 3GS and my iPad this dialog is always displayed with the same SIM cards already after a few seconds. Could you please let my know how long does it take with your iPhone 4S?

I had a similar issue activating by HTC DNA. The activation instructions Verizon sends are horrible since they explicitly mention that you do not need to call in to activate your phone. I left my SIM activation running overnight and it just didn't work. I finally called Verizon from my work phone the next day and the agent informed me that you do need to call to activate your SIM card. You will need to have your SIM card ready when you call (to provide the long string of numbers on the back of the card). Hope this helps!

12 New Accounts in July, How Long does It Take to Recover?

Ok, early to mid July, I opened up 12 new accounts, only 4 inquiries totaling over $28,000 CL. Also I got a bump from Walmart 700 to 4,000! As the new cards are being reported to the bureau, my utilization has dropped from 24% to 13% and will drop by September to 8%. My Eq score has dropped as well a total of 18 points with 4 new credit cards left to be reported. I knew I was going to take a hit, but it's still a downer when it starts happening. I am gardening big time now, but my question is how long does it take before your score starts to rebound. The age of my credit really didn't take a hit, I have accounts that are 25 years old in excellent standing along with a paid off mortgage in 2002. Not one late pay,etc and I definitely not over extended. Any one with any experience with this situation? Thanks!

Not unreasonable to ask. Some companies let you ask earlier. If its a HP, itll probably knock your score a few points for the inuqiry. Its reasonable to expect an increase if your util on individual and overall is low, no new accounts. (and no judgements/collections, sometimes those can block CLis for awhile it seems)Thanks Japakar, I have a few old inquiries coming off at the beginning of the year...will end up with 10 by then. I definitely will be able to keep utilization between 5 to 8 percent in a couple of months. I will avoid HP CLI.
