When using the disscusion board, how long does it take to get a solution? Also, is this service adequate to cover most inquiries? How does it work when you need support at 2 AM on Saturday?

Well, there are no guarantees.
If you look at the names, there are regular guys and blue guys, the blue guys are NI people. Regular guys such as me are just volunteers trying to help out because it is fun. There are many contributors with 10+ years of LabVIEW programming experience, so the collective knowledge and intelligence of this board is quite high and it is very likely that you'll get an excellent answer pretty fast. Participants are from all over the world, so even at your 2am it will be a more reasonable time somewhere else.
Next to the name are some yellow (or blue) bars that indicate seniority based on the number of posts, ratings received, etc, so if there are multiple answers pick the one from a more trusted source.
As in real life, the quality of the answer is strongly dependent on the quality of the question. Start with a captivating title related to the core of the question and not something generic such as "please help", labview question", or similar. Explain your problem as detailed as possible, what you are trying to do, what results you expect, what errors you see, etc., not just "it does not work". Many times it is easiest to attach a simplified version of your program. Make sure to put some annotations on the diagram pointing out the problem you see. Put some reasonable default values in the controls so we can run it with real data.

Also direct import into Adobe premiere and ability to edit in 60p. However, support for 60 p not as easily worked with in FCPX. I am just surprised Apple does not keep pace with these type of updates that Adobe does. Don't get me wrong I love and use Apple software when I can but I wish Apple was ahead of adobe in getting this support. I guess more of a vent than a question.

FWIW I agree.
Camera companies keep RAW specs confidential so firms like Apple and Adobe have to (sort of) reverse-engineer to develop RAW converters for each new camera. The good news is to my eyes/brain Apple usually does a slightly better job at it than Adobe does. The best RAW conversions (logically) come from the camera manufacturers.
Apple gives up market share with slow support for new cameras. IMO really DUMB. It has at least been improving...

I appreciate the responses, however my initial post was too vague. I apologize and will explain. The specific issues are the window closes occasionally when loading something large, that has ceased in the last day or two. My battery life is no where near the second gens, is that the extra hardware at work? I thought that had been accounted for? One of the frustrating, albeit humorous occurrences is when I placed the second and third gen within 1 foot of each other, turned off LTE, and streamed a video. From every location the second gen out ran the new model on 3G signal, lol. Not a huge deal since I have wi-fi or LTE pretty much everywhere I am, but disappointing none the less.
The new apple tv is great, except for the same thing everyone is posting about. HD iTunes library streaming taking overly extended load times. I don't expect it will take too long for apple to address that issue. I'm new to apple, last 6 months, but they seem to have excellent support! It is definetly highly rated.

My update to iOS 5 took about 75 to 80 minutes. After the update I then had to update some aps and reload from the backup. When iOS 5 is being uploaded there should be some sort of status message in the top pert of iTunes. If this is not changing then I think you have a problem. If the status is changing, even of very slowly, then let it keep running until it's done.

You need to keep reporting the fault. Normally BT fix phone faults within three days but as it is a line fault it will be up to Openreach to do this. When you report the fault do it as a phone fault and do not mention your broadband.
You could also try reporting it to Openreach 0800 0232023 and they may do something about it.

I delivered my epub to Apple on March 26th and for the first 34 days my books status had a single red icon, book in review for quality assurance. I continued to wait and last week to my horror, I had two red icons, with a new message of Unknown Issue. It has now been 43 days since I delivered my Ebup which had no problems or errors noted when it uploaded. Ironically, the book is on Amazon and Barnes and Noble which both took less than 48 hours from delivery to being available for sale (and it is selling).
Lastly, (can you sense my frustrated ?) my book is a positive story about my 26 year friendship with Steve Jobs who in 1984 sent me the first Imac 128K with a note to "Be part of the future". How long does it really take to get my unlimited data plan back?

So Wednesday morning I go into a local Verizon owned-and-operated store to buy a Galaxy S5 on installment plan, like I did for my GS4 a year ago. Get talked into an Edge phone plan and the More plan, and they get that unlimited data plan off my line as fast as possible and then find that I can't get Edge for another 3 weeks. So we revert the changes (in theory), less than half an hour after the original change.
So I'm just standing there reading twitter and waiting for them to fix the situation and get me back to where I was when I walked in. I was actually willing to go ahead and buy a GS5 on installment plan (as I'd wanted to when I came in), but they *really* did not want me to do that. They got the voice plan back, and put me on a 2GB plan (which is 1/3 of my average usage), telling me I'd be back on my unlimited plan with hotspot service "by the end of the business week."
Today as I'm checking at the end of the business week, no sign of my data plan or hotspot service. The folks on the social media team tell me that my service might be crippled for another 10 days while an offline team tries to fix what the folks in the store broke.
Am I really out of luck for two weeks? I got a GS5 on T-Mobile with 5GB of data, which will get me by... TMO didn't seem offended that I wanted a GS5. But if I have to "be careful" with my data (as the store manager put it) on Verizon for two weeks, I may as well forward the phone and power it off.
At least I know never to set foot in this particular Verizon store again... last year they wouldn't sell me a GS4 "in case someone came in and wanted to upgrade" so I went to another nearby location. If my plans get unbroken, I'll either go to that other location or check eBay for my GS5.

Think of this and be amazed. If Verizon is trying its best to get customers off unlimited data by any means possible, and quite frankly tell you once you purchase any device on subsidy or the Edge program you lose unlimited. Now the Worry Free Guarantee states within 14 days if you change your mind you can pay a $35 restocking fee, and go back to your old plan.
However they no longer offer unlimited data so they give you this line of it has to be set back manually (inactive price request) and then it gets denied. Then they say it has to be submitted again for approval and then it gets denied. So why have a worry free guarantee?
And think to yourself, a plan they can remove in minutes takes them weeks to give back? They don't give it back. Search the forum.

I called tech support 2 weeks ago and a supervisor opened a case. Should it have been resolved by now? He was supposed to contact me and keep me up to date, but I have not heard anything. When I called customer support today they were not much help.
