How many FLVs before you get problems?

I have built a small project in Captivate 4 (30 screens with 15 FLV files ranging in duration from 30 - 60 ; FLV sizes are between 3 and 6 mb). I am encountering the following issue:
Course plays fine when FLVs are unsynched
FLVs "stutter" randomly when synched to project
The video was shot at 29.97 FPS but I have re-exported it at 30 FPS. I also set preload to 100% and strangely this reduced the severity of the issue but did not fix it (I say strange as the FLVs should not be affected by the pre-loader)
Has anyone else experienced this issue? My questions are:
How can I synch FLVs without stutter during playback
Is there a limt on the number of FLVs that can be included in an individual project?
Is there a limit on the total duration of FLV footage that can be included in a project?

I have one and yeah, as others have mentioned, it depends what apps you're putting on it. However, I have found myself extremely restricted by the 8GB limit. I can only put about a single home screen's worth of new apps on my iPod without it running out of space, and that was after deleting all music, photos, and videos. So... I definitely recommend getting a larger capacity.

She was unaware that they had the Storm2, so is it possible to change her Tour in for a Storm2? She's still in her 30 day period and has a protection plan from Best Buy. The tour is in perfect condition.

The 30 day period started the date the ORIGINAL phone was purchased. The return/exchange period doesn't re-start each time an item is exchanged. So if she's within 30 days of the original purchase, she could be fine.
