How many days does apple wait until sending my online purchased items before they send them back?
Well it is just as the title of the post says. I purchased a macbook air through the online store because I needed the spanish keyboard on it. I selected the pickup option and sent it to one of the apple stores. The macbook was ready before schedule and I won't be able to retrieve (I have no family in the city I sent my item to) it for 8 days. So I whas wondering if the apple store would store it for that long or if they would send it back.
Ou will have to call the tore and ask them how long they will hold it or you. Since you have paid for it, they will probably be cooperative about scheduling pickup.

- in this case, about 11 days. Would say 2 weeks is a good bet.

Now I still looking for the answer of: can the book get updated once approved? I just submitted a major revision (and grow the book from 70+ pages to 100+ pages) and see whether this will get updated. It goes through fine in iTunes Producer. -

1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.
How much free space on it now? -

How many thousands of Apple TV users have to scream their complaints before Apple will respond to the fury over the impossibly slow download speeds of movies bought through iTunes?
As jules says, your rate (currently at least) may be slow.
If it used to be good I wonder is your ISP is slowing ('throttling') your speed after you've used so many GB of a quota each day or month - check what they think you should be getting as a download speed.
While Apple's servers do occasionally play up, it's generally the ISP being slow not Apple.
If you're using Google's DNS servers that has caused issues for some.
Recommended speeds for near instant playback:
SD 2.5Mbps
720p 6 Mbps
1080p 8 Mbps
Is your speed test from somewhere like speedtest.net?
It might be helpful to post Mbps to ensure we/you are not confusing speeds by using different units to those measured.

It is entirely dependent upon how the batteries are used ( with a little bit of luck). There is no specific time period that any one can provide.

You need to know that this isn't a support forum. It was created by Verizon as a place for customers to help each other. You can post all you want, but Verizon doesn't respond to issues here. If you want to get a message to Verizon you need to call or chat with them.

How many times do I bring my iphone in to be replaced before they give me a new one
I brought my iPhone in this past February to get it replaced, hardware problem. Then again in March because the screen kept freezing and wouldn't unlock, they replaced it then as well. Now, my phone shuts off on it's own, and the only way to turn it back on is a hard reset, EVERY time. They keep giving me refurbished phones and every one has something go wrong with it. How many times am I going to have to go thru replacing it before they just give me a new phone? It's quite annoying... Thanks in advance.

You need to speak with Apple about this... nothing anyone here can do about that or answer your question. Make an appointment at the Genius bar and tell them exaclty what you posted here. Politely escalate it if necessary. -

i had my phone replaced 2 times already for cracked screen and wondering if i can go again to get it a new one i have apple care!
Apple Care does not cover damage to the phone at all... AppleCare + will cover 2 incidents of damage with a $49 per incident deductible.
If Apple replaced your phone when it had a broken screen and didn't charge you for it, you were very very lucky. -
How many days does CS-MARS retain device logs?
I've been looking through the documentation and the MARS appliance but can't locate how long logs are kept? I know they're purged after a certain amount of time, but was hoping someone could tell me where to look to see if it's configured? I'm currently using v4.3. Thanks, Tony
As far as I recall, the storage duration is based on the amount of data sent by your systems and the type of MARS box you purchased. There isn't a set time frame or a real way to tell if the partitions are getting full and are about to purge data.

How many tvs does Apple TV support
Do you need a separate router for each Apple TV you want to use? Do you need a network cable to connect to the ATV? My aim is to get rid of Comcast TV and phone and stick with just the internet access. Will I need multiple accounts to utilize ATV on all my TVs?
Providing your network will take it you can have multiple Apple TV's on the same network. You will only need one account for multiple Apple TV's.

Does Apple still support sending them generated problem reports?*
Computer creates report when system fails. It has a "Send to Apple" button. When I select it, the beach ball whirls a few times, but all I get is an ERROR message.
I have seen that as well, lots of times.
My conclusion is that they are no longer interested in problem reports on software or versions of OS X that are no longer supported, i.e. PPC Macs and software only written for the PPC platform.

I tried to schedule one more attempt today and the pearson vue site prompted me with a message that Adobe policy says that another attempt cannot be scheduled within 14 days of first attempt.
As this is a fixed message from pearson vue, the answer to my question becomes 14 days. 14 days are required to appear for the exam once you fail one attempt as per Adobe policy conveyed to pearson vue testing partner for Adobe.
