how many email accounts can be set up in Ipad 3 / 4 ?
I have 5 different email accounts so i want to know if there is a limit
also , to transfer files and folders to Ipad what is the most popular way considering there isnt a USB port ?

I know of no limit except limited by the iPad's storage.

Yes you can. I have multiple gmail accounts. That is truely the wrong username or password. Username is your full email @gmail.com

I'm not sure with wireless sync, but with palm's versamail, you could set up a total of 8 email accounts (7 pop/imap accounts and 1 exchange server account).
If wireless sync won't allow you to setup another account, you may consider using versamail for your other accounts.

You can use more than one Profile, but only one Profile can be in used in one instance of Thunderbird at any one time.

If there is an email account limit with the iPhone or with the current firmware version and with any previous firmware versions, I'm not aware of it. You shouldn't have any problem creating and accessing 6 email accounts.

Hi, I'm trying to figure out the best way to handle configuring all 80 of the iPads my business is purchasing. I know there is a limit of 10 devices per iTunes account. How many iTunes accounts are permitted per computer? I tried to just create 8 apple ids, which I was able to do online. But when I try to sign in to those on iTunes, once I get to the part where I verify with a credit card, I can not get past the 3rd one. I have previously signed in with 2 other accounts on my machine, so I'm wondering if there is a limit of 5 accounts per computer. Can anyone verify? If that's true, what suggestions do you have for how to get around or best manage this situation?

The limit you are referring to is for a single personal Apple ID (not for multiple users) that is allowed to be associated with a total of 10 devices (up to 5 computers and the rest on iOS devices). Example you can have 5 computers and 5 iOS devices, 3 computers and 7 iOS devices, but not 6 computers and 4 iOS devices.

i) You may auto-download iTunes Auto-Delivery Content or download previously-purchased iTunes Eligible Content from an Account on up to 10 Associated Devices, provided no more than 5 are iTunes-authorized computers.

Organzing & setup for many email accounts

Hi,
I run a number of websites/domains and each has a number of email accounts that I need to adminster. In my last email client on a PC, I could create seperate "boxes" for each domain and then in each box, create as many email accounts and addresses as needed.
How can I do this with Mail without logging out and switching users? It seems like I can create as many seperate email accounts, but they're all lumped in together in one box. In other words, I don't want to check 32 email accounts when I'm just trying to check the 4 accounts for www.domain-x.com, and then afterward check for www.domain-z.com's accounts - without signing off.

Note sure what G mail is, but if it involves another isp email provider not interested, I have multiple accounts as a garbage dump for spam possibilities too much spam on one account bye bye. Usually 2 main email accounts though. btw, not a memory issue either. still plenty left. Was looking at the contacts thread and there is receiving/sending issues with email since 2.0 update anyway.

I assume you are referring to it physically putting another separate contact in Address Book, and not the autofill list when typing an address into a new message window.
Mail does not have an option to add addresses from email to the address book automatically. The fact that you say it happens with the Exchange account and not the other accounts indicates that it's an exchange account problem.
Are you syncing the exchange account contact list with apple's address book? If so, you might take another look to the exchange account for something there.

Where to find how many emails sent today

More than one account can be logged in at a time? How does that work?
In System Preferences>Accounts, unlock the lock, click on Login Options, at the bottom enable Fast User Switching.

If you have enough RAM & HD Free Space it allows others to use the Mac without you quitting all your work, and it keeps things separate. Great if you have young ones using it because you can make managed accounts & control which APPs they can use & other things... and without them destroying your data.

How can I get a list of emails in my inbox listed by sender and how many emails are in the box from each one, in a concise list.

I need a List:
Name of sender and how many emails from that sender:
ex:
Wife - 50
Boss - 75
ESPN - 200
It would best to get them in a excel sheet so I can print, review and then make decisions to delete entire names that I know longer communicate with.
