How many FLV-s

Hi!
I tryed to load mor than 8 .flv files in diferent FLVPlayback
components. But there is a problem with this because only 8 movie
has sound hte others are silent.
Does anybody know some solution for my problem? (I don't need
to play every movie at the same time, but i use the movies as
thumbnails, so i can not use less FLVplayback components.)

I have done the same but with 4 video components. I used them
to create the thumbnails. They work just fine with PC. They fail to
work with MAC. Any improvements on your side? Did you test them in
MAC? have a look at my work.

How many FLVs before you get problems?

I have built a small project in Captivate 4 (30 screens with 15 FLV files ranging in duration from 30 - 60 ; FLV sizes are between 3 and 6 mb). I am encountering the following issue:
Course plays fine when FLVs are unsynched
FLVs "stutter" randomly when synched to project
The video was shot at 29.97 FPS but I have re-exported it at 30 FPS. I also set preload to 100% and strangely this reduced the severity of the issue but did not fix it (I say strange as the FLVs should not be affected by the pre-loader)
Has anyone else experienced this issue? My questions are:
How can I synch FLVs without stutter during playback
Is there a limt on the number of FLVs that can be included in an individual project?
Is there a limit on the total duration of FLV footage that can be included in a project?

You don't. Apple's warranty provides for replacing your device with an identical model (same model, carrier, capacity & color).

Synchronize Video Slides.. How Many?

I'm using the synchronized video function in Captivate 6.01 to import large videos into my projects. I been experimenting with how many slides to use and how long each slide should be to get the best performance. These are long presentations and trainings - 10 to 30 min. The orginal video (.avi) was shot at 720x480 DV.   The final product is hosted and played from my clients Amazon S3 site and users access the trainings over the internet. I'm using to Adobe AME to process the video to FLV or F4V format.
I've been publishing using SWF, HTML5, and Scalable HTML Content.
For example, I have a video thats 185mb, 1727 secs in length. Size is 652x480, BitRate is 1580. The video looks good using 145 slides of 12 seconds each but the audio to video sync is iffy.   The load time off of amazon is 5-6 seconds.
By the way, as far as I can tell, setting the project cache to a high value does not impact the synchronized video.
So I'm looking for a consistent reference for synchronized video as to how many slides to use for a given video length and how long each slide should be. I would welcome any and all ideas.

Hi and welcome to Discusions,
multiple graphics card in a Mac Pro is only usefull if you plan/need to have a Multiple-Display-Setup running.
Otherwise (in terms of speeding up graphics) it is useless.
I also propose to get the X1900XT if you plan on gaming.
Also the X1900XT supports two Displays.

How Many Times Can I Use The Same Serial Number For Adobe Creative Suite 4?

I have design standard and was told I can use the same serial number on multiple computers. How many time can I use it? And say I install it on the maximum number of computers, but get a new computer, can I uninstall it on one of the old computers and use it on the new one? And can I use the programs on both computers simultaneously or do I have to use them one at a time?

Sorry Fred you are wrong.
If you have a single license you can install it on as many computers as you like. you can only activate the suite on two computers at anyone time. Work and Home or as many of us do it Desktop and Laptop. You can not use the computers simultaneously. You only have 20 activation/deactivations so use them wisely. Student versions only have one activation. You can not break up the suite installs the suite is considered one application.

You can't have multiple IDs on one account, but you can use multiple IDs for different purposes on the same device.
Just use the one AppleID for iTunes and the AppStore so you can all share your music and app purchases. Then each person should have their own individual AppleID with associated iCloud account for mail, contacts, calendars, iMessage and FaceTime.
You don't have to use the same AppleID for all services.

Adobe FormsCentral is a web-based app so there is nothing to download - you access from the web browser.
Each users who creates forms needs a license of FormsCentral. In a month or so you'll be able to by a team pack (5,10,25) at reduces prices for a larger group who wants to create forms.

How many calendars can you share with the same iCloud person?

OK Apple people, here is my concern:
I have several calendars in my iCal app. I can share one (home) with my wife but for some reason, I am not able to add her to another calendar that I wish for her to view/edit (work). She does have an iCloud account. The documentation on the Apple web site for iCloud states: " You can share a calendar both publicly and privately with other people. Sharing gives you flexibility in managing calendars. For example, you could create a calendar for your child’s sports team and share it privately with just the coaches so they can edit it. You could also share it publicly with all the parents so they can view (but not change) it whenever they want."
Is there a limit to just how many calendars in the application that one one can send as suggested by the "a"?

All my family devices are tied to one Apple ID. We did that b/c we would consolidate our purchases by syncing via 1 Mac in the house. So any device could purchase an app/music/whatever, then we would plug it into the main Mac and transfer the purchase to that and then plug in other devices and add to them. Pain the rear! I think my example of tedious process above is one reason for iCloud. So, now with iCloud we should be able to purchase from any device and the other devices would have access without wires. I thought the only way to tie them all together is if they are all under the same AppleID. That is how iCloud knows they are related, right? Makes sense to me. However, on each device, we use their own @me/@mac email account to setup iCloud b/c each email is tied to that family member but under the master Apple ID for our family. Each email account has their own contacts, emails, etc. I thought that was the way to setup. Shouldn’t this work? Kind of separate but yet tied together via the 1 Apple ID. Thoughts?

How many times can I review my account ?????????

I have reviewed my account three times with my PayPal info and received confirmation from my PayPal Account but it still won't let me log in. It wants me to review EVERY time. Let me know if anyone can shed some light on this problem.

I don't know for the others but in my retail package ((not upgrade) I found two serial numbers. Though I haven't got time yet to try the second serial number on my MacBook, my logic says that with two different serials I could run both macs simultaneously and be on the network. But, my logic fails so often so it's better to shut my mouth, install Logic on MacBook and come back here again.

FCPX how many times can it install on the same computer?

From time to time I like to wipe the drives and start afresh or, whenever there is a new OS, I will perform a clean install. This entails wiping the drive and reloading all software. Most of the apps have 'de-authorize' function, this allows me to use the same licence number for the next re install.
Any idea how FCPX would install after say, four five drive refreshes? Can it understand that it is no longer resident on any machine?
Please note: I do understand how many machines I can install on at one time. This is not the same.
