How many fonts from Font Folio 11 are in CS5 Master?

Hi.
For educational purposes (classes I'm taking).... how many fonts are included in Font Folio 11 that overlap the fonts that ship with CS5 Master Collection? I see that there are 2300 fonts in Font Folio and some of the names look familiar but there seem to be some fonts that have extra glyph types such as light, medium, condensed, bold, book, black etc.

How many fonts is maximum

I've been using Suitcase on my G4, and I'm now transitioning to a newer G5. Suitcase has always been quirky for me. It takes forever to shut down, and frequently won't let me turn on fonts because it thinks they're in the system folder already. Can I dispense with this? How many fonts can realistically run from the Library/Fonts folder? Will running a lot of fonts this way (many of them dating back quite a few years) cause me more problems than it's worth?

Hi Jon, I don't know what the Maximum is, but more will slow everything down as they are loaded at boot time & eat up Memory.
You can Use Font Book to keep other possibly needed fonts in other Locations and activate that set on need.

Are you having problems? If so, tell us what they are.
If you just want tons of fonts, you should have a good font manager, other than the Font Book that comes with your Mac. And you should avoid "free" fonts. They cause monumental problems.

=COUNTIFS(Data :: $A,"<="&$B,Data :: B,TRUE)-SUM(C$1:C1)
Two changes from the previous example:
COUNTIFS is used to separate the Native and Foreign counts as well as the age range to be counted.
The amount subtracted from each result is the SUM of the earlier results, and includes the text value in the first cell of the column (which is interpreted by SUM as a zero).
See note below regarding my earlier formula.
When the greyed columns are hidden and the checkbox in the Reorganize pane is checked, the two tables will appear as shown below:
Close the reorganize pane, and the 'data entry form' is ready to use.
To use, enter the age first, then check one of the boxes.
As soon as one box is checked, the row will be hidden, and the next (unused) row will be shown.

Note regarding formula in my earlier post:
The earlier formula will give erroneous results as it subtracts only the count directly above it from its count of persons in the age range 0-n.
In E2 of that table, replace "-E1" with "-SUM(E1:E$1)
Fill down to E8.
Ignore the instructions (in that post) following "Fill down to E8."

You can use the below command from the command prompt of DC to get all the AD users who are inactive for last
X weeks,
dsquery
user -inactive X
To extract the inactive user information to a CSV file use the below command,
dsquery user -inactive X > c:\TestFolder\InactiveUsers.csv
NOTE: The value
X represents number of weeks, for example if your requirement is to find the inactive users for last 90 days then the
X value should be 13.

A user-defined function is only visible in the message mapping in which you created it. You can insert the function in the data-flow editor as a standard function by using the User-Defined function category.
You can use the following user-defined functions:
1.Simple functions, which can process individual field input values for each function call. Simple functions therefore expect strings as input values and return a string.
2.Advanced functions, which can process several field input values for each function call. You can import either all field values of a context or the whole queue for the field in an array before calling the function. For more information, see Advanced User-Defined Functions.

This is a difficult question, since it is both technical and legal.
The absolute maximum number of connections is around 32700, but unless your server is very beefy, it will choke long before that. A connection is not a user - an application can have many connections for the same user. Depending on your license
model, you may be legally limited to a certain number of users, but this number is not enforced technially.

You can do a filter on your library with "File Status" is "Missing". The "File Status" query is not available by default, but you can add it by clicking the upper-right button in the filter window.

How create TO from TR when items are QM relevant?

I am using function module L_TO_CREATE_TR to create a TO from a TR for raw materials being GR'd into a raw material warehouse.
QM is set up. If I use function module L_TO_CREATE_TR, I keep getting error 2 (QM_relevant). However, if I go through LT04, I would need to go through palletization to bring up the screen in order to choose the place into stock option before entering the bin into which I am placing stock
Is there a way of creating a TO from TR where items are QM relevant with some function without resorting to doing a call transation of LT04?
Any help would be appreciated

How many fonts should be active?

I've previously used FontAgent Pro for my suitcase needs but have just turned to Linotype FontExplorer X, which at first glance seems pretty good and best of all it's FREE.
What I was quite interested in though is the System Fonts whereby it says that 503 are active within 376 suitcases.
Now these seems like an awful lot of fonts to be constantly active in OSX... Does this sound correct?

Yeah, I do understand that Ge'ez/Ethiopic script covers many languages - but quite a few East African minority languages written in Ge'ez that are not Amharic or Tigrinya use forms/"houses"/etc. not in the Unicode spec. The same is true of minority languages in Myanmar - don't assume you can typeset Karen once you have "Myanmar" in your list of supported languages!
When you say "out of the box" do you really mean that? Most of the languages in that list that will work without plugins etc. require specialized fonts. The glyph coverage of the fonts that Adobe gives away with ID or the Creative Suite is extensive, but won't include most of your required languges. But, assuming you already have the fonts, and assuming that you know where to find the World-Ready Composer, then anything in that list that is not right-to-left (or vertical) should at least render correctly in ID. Mind you, "render correctly" doesn't help you if your Burmese translator doesn't key in zero-width spaces, for example.
I think that this may well be why there is no Adobe master-list of supported languages that is easy to find; it's because It Is A Very Complicated Issue. I've been doing typesetting in a list of languages much like yours for the last decade, and even if Adobe's type rendering engine handles fonts-built-according-to-Unicode-spec (e.g. Lao), there is significant variation in font development techniques, font modification by people writing in minority languages, keying order, and personal translator keying preferences. But if you find that list, post it! I will be surprised, but not shocked, if it exists somewhere.

How many display options for Web Apps are there?

I know this is going to sound stupid,
But are there only 2 ways to show web apps?
Basically - I want to get links to auto populate on one web app, pulling just links to another web page (this web page is one of the fields in another web app), but automatically updated when the category of the "linked to" web app has another product linked to it.
I know what that reads like!
The only thing is - these are separate web apps.
The alternate/backup view of the first web app looks like this:

Which is not ideal - I just want them to dynamically populate on the fly.
Is this possible?

How many includes will create when we are activating a function group...

And one more thing if i see in 4.7 there are three includes r there generated by function group starts with 'L'.....If i created in ECC Same function group and module only two includes are there.....
missing includes are, what ever we write in tat form sub routine is missing in ECC.....

What is your problem exactly? IF you want to write any subroutine jus uncomment the necessary includes and write your code inside it.
