How many GRs we can post with one PO.

Hi friends
i am using 4.7,i created a PO with some qty of stock,but my vendor is delivering less stock than mentioned in the PO.while doing MIGO,w.r.t. PO in the deleivery note we r maintainig the qty which he sent to us.but when we check the stock with MMBE stock is shown as the PO mentioned not in the delivery note.can we do again MIGO for the undelieverd amount of stock which he sent to us later w.r.t same PO number.

As you are saying in MMBE stock overview it is showing full PO quantity, this means in the first GR itself you have received entore PO quantity, but not delivery note quantity.
I think while doing GR in MIGO you have done a mistake, by entering received quantity only in Qty in delivery note tab, you should change the qty in Unit of entry also to the same delivery note quantity. System proposes entire open PO quantity in this filed, you should change this to the quantity received.
Now first you need to cancel the GR using MBST or MIGO with reference to the GR material document.
Then create the GR with correct quantity received as per the delivery note. then you can see the correct quantity in MMBE stock overview. Next time when you receive the balance quantity from the vendor, again do GR in MIGO with reference to the same PO. Here system proposes the balanced quantity (total PO qty - Previous GR qty). If you receive anything short enter the same in both qty in unit of entry and Qty in delivery note.
