How many hrs do you get on a full charge? - mine is not good...

Question

here's the problem...on a full charge I can get max 2.5 hrs, and my MacBook is like 3 months old.
I was wondering what other ppl are getting on a full charge....please include how long you've had your MacBook.
Also any recommendations in regards to what I should do would be great, i already re-calibrated the battery and turned off bluetooth....I need AirPort though
*has anyone heard of Apple replacing a battery on a refurbished MacBook, while still under the one year limited warranty?
