How many invoices printed

hi
I like to know how many times a purchase order report or invoice report is printed and how do i stop the user from reprinting the same report
Any functional advice will be really helpful.

May be you can restrict the number of people having the priviledge to print these report.
From the application you can find out how many times the report has been run. The information on how many times the report was printed is not tracked by the Application.

Report to show me how many invoices are being processed by users

Hi,
I am currently working as a Accounts Payable Supervisor and I would like to run a report to show me how many invoices are being processed by users in my team.
Currently I am using Transaction F.98 (Posted Docs by user report), but this report includes posting from intercompany so all users will have duplicate invoices showing on this report.
Is there any other report I could run to get the result I am after?

Hello Alex,
You can also use the GL line item report (FBL3N) with the offsetting accounts (for example GR/IR A/c) which would be posted while posting the invoice. You can display the results with User Name and also can create a layout of your own which can be used time and again.

Proof of Invoice printing

Hi,
The invoice were not printing due to some out put issue. Once the out put issue is solved, the user is not sure how many invoices were not printed in the past two months (From April 01 to May 31).
How do weknow that for how many customers the invoices were not printed so that the action can be taken before the customer complains.
I have tried with VF31 but the user is not satisfied. The user is telling that by spool request it can be found.
Please guide how we can ensure that the invoices were not printed for some customers.

Report tracking invoice prints in SAP

Hello Experts,
A SAP report is needed that indicates how many invoices should be printed daily from SAP. Client is printing and mailing invoices; report should detail how many need to be mailed vs. were sent edi/faxed.
Any suggestions please?

U r requirement is quite strange, just check the table NAST in that pass the parameters "application" and "message type" and "created on " you will get the list of messages on a particular day.

Hi,
When you are in billing document & click on "issue output to", you get a window having tab"print options"
click on this by selecting your output type. In the feild "Number of messages" you enter how many times you want the print to be printed.
This will help you.
Additionally you can also write logic in your print program if you want the print to be fired some fixed number of times. (eg 4 times), this can be done by your ABAPer.

LINE-SIZE 290
LINE-COUNT 65.

Hi Bhavesh,
Fristly you creat a Crystal Report for A/R Invoice (4 copies ie. 4 RPT file) then follow the following step.
Administration -->Steup -->General --> Report and Layout Management
--> Report and Layout Management form are open
--> Click the Sales A/R option
--> A/R Invoice option
--> AR Invoice (Items)
--> Then Import all the 4 Copies (4 RPT files)
--> Then Click the Printing Seq
--> Click the New Button then Sequence Details form are open.
--> Then select A/R Invoice on Object cell
--> Select all the layout
       1 First COPY ORIGINAL FOR BUYER
       2 Second COPY DUPLICATE FOR TRANSPOTER
       3 Thirth COPY TRIPLICATE FOR ASSESSE
       4 Fourth COPY EXTRA FOR ACCOUNT
--> Save it.
And the check the Print preview
File -->Print Sequence --> Select the Print option.

Printer will only print one copy no matter how many I put in.

Hi Im now using Windows 7 Word 2010 and since then I can only ever print one copy of my document no matter how many I ask for. Has this happened to anyone else. I have tried using a newer printer in the hopes it was a printer communication problem
but still only printing one document. Was fine using XP but not this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. In business its very frustrating to have to keep going into the print section and ask repeatedly to print for a letter to get the
copies I need.

Have the same problem with windows xp and Word 2007 and Excel.
I fixed the problem with disabling advanced printing feature on printing preference->Advanced->advanced printing features.
This was with a kyocera 3820 laserprinter. hopes it helps u

I understand you have a Laserjet P1102W printer and are wanting to know whether there is a limit on the printer as to how many computers can connect via network, or if the limitation would be on the router's end. I will do my best to help you with this issue.
With our HP printers wireless performance depends on physical environment and distance from the access point (router). Wireless operations are compatible with 2.4 GHz routers only as well. So the short answer is that the limitation is mainly on the router.
If you can get back to me with the router make and model, I will certainly see what I can find for you about it's limitations (meaning, how many computers can connect successfully to the router and thus the printer).

How many time do I need to update to Canon printer drivers 2.6?

Is there a way to find how many pages have been printed?
I'd like to track page yield, which so far has been way below even totaly miserable.

How is the printer connected? If a network connection then you can use the printer's built in web server by entering the IP address in your browser, then click on "Usage report" on the left. If you are connected by USB you could print a report page from the front panel as follows: Setup, Print report, OK, Print Status Report, OK. Items 13 and 14 will have page usage information.

Invoice Print - How to customize using XML

We want to customize Invoice Print using XML. Currently it is in PDF format.
When we define the data defintion, what xml schemea needs to be put for Invoice Print and where can I find the file .xsd related to Invoice Print.
Similary we want to do it for Dunning Letters as well as Statements.
Your help will be much appreciated.

Hi Roy,
That's a very good question and I have 2 options for you:
1. Create transformer (see Transformation Service documentation to know how and there are examples) that will filter the RSS items according to content of the items. Connect this new transformer to your XML iView in the XML iView editor so it will be the first one and the built-in RSS transformer is second. SAX transformers are faster for filtering so I recommend adding this transformer.
2. Create your own RSS XSL transformer (again like in the documentation) that will filter the items and create the UI.
