How many K8T Neo2 different versions? (and how to tell them apart)

First of all, hello everyone ^_^ This is my first post so... I hope I won't be annoying anyone.
My questions are: is there a way to tell (from the name/item-code/prod number) which version "K8T Neo2" (code 6702-E) has the Promise controller onboard, and which not?
Are there different mainboards for each country?
The (long...sorry... ) explanation to my question follows :
I live in Italy, and I'm trying to find a "K8T Neo2-FIR" MSI Mainboard, but it seems this mb model has not yet shipped in my country (I can find K8T Neo-FIS2R easily, but not the Neo2).
I visited some (german) online shops, but descriptions are often not clear enough (and images are often taken from the wrong board...): which "6702-E" mb versions have the Promise controller on board?
Having visited MSI site in different languages, it seems to me that for the american market (http://www.msicomputer.com) there are the "FIR" and "F" versions of the MB , the second without the Promise. For the german market ( http://www.msi-technology.de, the nearest country where i found online shops) there is only one 6702-E version of this mb, and it seems it's without the promise controller. Now, for the italian site (http://www.msi-italia.com) ... the link "Mainboards" leads to the international "msi.com.tw" site, where I read that the promise controller is "OPTIONAL"... so this doesn't give me any info.
If anyone has experience of this, or any info, please reply

I think you should just rebuild your library.
Clear it out, then drag all the song files back in. You'll lose your ratings and playcounts, etc but I don't see what else you can do.

K8T Neo2 socket 939 and Sempron??

I just got a K8T Neo2 board in my hands, it's a socket 939 board... You knew that..
A sticker on the box says that it supports AMD Sempron CPU, my thought is HOW? I've only seen Semprons with Socket A and Socket 754, never a 939.
Any info at all on this?

Hmm.. No matter how I try to figure out that thought, I can't see the solution? If I headed a large corp. and bought 200+ mobos to use with Sempron and I couldn't assemble them, I'd probably strangle the closest MSI representative.. The worst part is that I can't find ANYTHING about this, not inside the box, not on AMD's site and not on MSI's site. Only that damned label on the mobo box..

[Athlon64] K8T NEO2-F motherboard and memory problem. Please help :(

I just recently built my first computer and everything seemed to be working fine. However, my two RAM chips had corrupt memory sectors so I had to replace them. Upon buying 4x256mb chips to replace the 2x512mb chips, I discover that 1 & 2 DIMM slots worked and the 3 & 4 DIMM slots do not. When i try to put RAM chips in there (which work when put in slots 1 & 2) the computer will not even start up. I've tried diff. combinations of slots, even using the old chips (which work but causes programs to crash occationally). But nothing seems to make DIMM slots 3 & 4 to work. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

How about giving complete specs. I am pretty sure I have an answer that will fix you up but I want to know which CPU core you have and what Bios your running. Those are the two important things on this issues at the moment but save us all trouble and do a complete set of specs for your signature. and then we will help you.

K8T Neo2-F Version 1.0 Bios 9.3

Does anyone have a download location for the 9.3 (Taiwan) bios? The link(s) in the stickies don't work, and going to MSI Global site only has 9.2 bios.

It seems Taiwan is off-air at the moment.
If you really cannot wait, go here.
Please don't flash bios if system's stable;
When you do flash, do not use LiveUpdate or floppy to flash with. Use a CD with flash utility and bios-rom on it or some other trusted media.

K8T Neo2 (K8T800 Pro) and SATA problems

I've used Live Update to update my board and SATA controller, but in device manager, I'm informed that the SATA controller cannot start. During startup, I have no option to configure my two new SATA drives, and there's no evidence that my system detects them whatsoever.
I have a 40GB IDE drive running xp, and right now, I just want to use the two additional Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB drives for extra storage.
Can anyone help me with this?

Why does iTunes drop many songs from an album and will not add them back?

iTunes regularly droping songs/tracks out of albums I've previously added to my library. The files are present in the album folder, but if I delete the album from the library and add it back, it still will not include the previously dropped files. Sometimes I can add them individually using "Add Files" instead of "Add Folder". This is a real pain in the backside, since when I play any album in my library, I can't be certain that all the songs/tracks will be played.

Are you burning as mp3 CD or Audio CD?.
If mp3 CD - then iTunes may remove the .aac audio files. (Just a thought)

Find my iPhone is locating most of my devices in a different state and I'm holdings them in my hand...Why?

IIn the past the find my iPhone has never failed. It has always been within feet of locating my devices. One day I couldn't locate my phone so I pulled up the app and the map showed my phone was where I was, at home, but my iPad-which was in my hand, was in another state. I played a sound thinking that's odd , and the sound played in my hand so I'm thinking no big deal. (Found my phone too, btw.) Anyway, days later, just for the heck of it I went on the app again to look and see if turning my iPad off and restarting made it correct itself and now my iPad and iphone are both showing at the same location. What is the deal? It's almost like someone has hijacked my Apple ID! Watching my account very closely! HELP!!

Any thoughts on this , I'm worried that someone has cloned my device Id and is phishing , or would there be just a major glitch in the GPS ? I have turned off the location app and turned it back on to see if it was a glitch still comes up to the same location about 100 miles way to a place I have never been. Help !

How to download variants of program of one version and upload them to another version

Hi Gurus,
I am new to ABAP.
I have a requirement to download variants (more than hundred ) of a program in one version (4.7) and upload them to the corresponding program version 6.0 of sap. Is there any option in the menu bar to download them while executing.
The difference between uploading and downloading a program between different versions and
Tansporting program between different version.
I am confused .Please suggest me solutions if you have any.

Transaction Code Comparion in Different Versions

Hi Folks,
I have an requirement to compare transaction codes of different version and download it if there is any change.
For example: lets say there is a transaction code XYZ in sap R/3 4.7 version the same XYZ transaction exists in SAP ECC also.
But there are some changes in the tranction in the SAP ECC version. The changes are like they have added a new screen to it.
I need to how to find out the changes if there is any.

you can use comparing function in version management. it will tell you every change.

problem!. I have LabVIEW 5.1.1, 6.0.2, 6.1, 7.0, 7.1.1, and 8.0 on my
computer. However if you ever have to reinstall it is important to
maintain the order of installation starting from the lowest LabVIEW
version and going up. Also with very old LabVIEW versions you can get
into troubles with some Toolkits and drivers such as NI-DAQ. NI-DAQ for
instance can't coexist in different versions and the newer versions
necessary for LabVIEW 8.0 do not support every LabVIEW version back to
4.x and earlier. I think LabVIEW 6.1 should be just about fine or just
not anymore so check that out but one of the next NI-DAQ releases is
likely to drop that support if it is still present.

Downloaded different versions none work. will not open vista64

a few months ago fine then I don't know what caused it but now FF won't open. Uninstalled,tried different versions and still. using vista 64. Please help I love FF. I uninstalled any program that I thought had a slight chance of affection FF. no results. Last option is to reformat drive and start over.I miss my fox.

A possible cause is security software (firewall,anti-virus) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
