How many rules in MARS by default? How/where to upgrade?

I am taking over management of a MARS running 3.4 code. There are 102 system inspection rules, no user inspection rules, and no drop rules. How many are there by default? This doesn't seem like very many, at least compared to another vendor's system I've used in the past. Is there a site that has predefined rules (outside of having smartnet), as I'd prefer to not have to generate them (or at least many) manually?

didn't you have to create/configure the rules with acid/snort? It's no different with the csmars. It ships with some, yes...but you have to configure it to your needs. Hell, the thing is how many signatures back from the Cisco IPS?...every one of those signatures it doesn't understand requires you own custom rule if you plan to do anything with the alarms.

What was occuring. I was able to save and apply a rule once. If I closed mail, the rule just dissapeared. I was able to replicate this time and time again. I post4ed this question once before on 5/10/13. https://discussions.apple.com/message/21985327#21985327 . Because I received no response to that querry, I posted this again. Thank you for your repsone. I'm not sure what has occurred but I am able to make additional rules, save apply them; quit the application and upon re launch they are there. I have no explination as to what facillitated the change. Thank you for your response and querry.

Hi Divya,
The queues R3* and CSA* that you have specified are qRFC queues. qRFC queues are data queues which transport data to and fro different systems.
There are also the tRFC queues which are triggered whenever you make RFC calls to connect to another system.
Queues with prefix R3AD* - for delta download from R3->CRM
Queues with prefix R3AU* - for data upload from CRM->R3
Queues with prefix R3AR* - used to transfer data during request load from R3->CRM
Queues with prefix R3AI* - for initial load from R3->CRM
Queues with prefix CSA* - these are validation object specific queues used for processing/persisting data in CRM tables in a serialized manner. E.g. CSABUPA* for business partner,CSA_ORDER* for sales order etc.
You can administer and monitor the queues in trax. SMQR,SMQS.

Classical Reports Edit section
These are the most simple reports. Programmers learn this one first. It is just an output of data using the Write statement inside a loop.
Classical reports are normal reports. These reports are not having any sub reports. IT IS HAVING ONLY ONE SCREEN/LIST FOR OUTPUT.
Events In Classical Reports.
INTIALIZATION: This event triggers before selection screen display.
AT-SELECTION-SCREEN: This event triggers after proccesing user input still selection screen is in active mode.
START OF SELECTION: Start of selection screen triggers after proceesing selection screen.
END-OF-SELECTION : It is for Logical Database Reporting.
Interactive ReportsEdit section
As the name suggests, the user can Interact with the report. We can have a drill down into the report data. For example, Column one of the report displays the material numbers, and the user feels that he needs some more specific data about the vendor for that material, he can HIDE that data under those material numbers. And when the user clicks the material number, another report (actually sub report/secondary list) which displays the vendor details will be displayed.
We can have a basic list (number starts from 0) and 20 secondary lists (1 to 21). Events associated with Interactive Reports are: 1. AT LINE-SELECTION 2. AT USER-COMMAND 3. AT PF<key> 4. TOP-OF-PAGE DURING LINE-SELECTION. HIDE statement holds the data to be displayed in the secondary list. sy-lisel : contains data of the selected line. sy-lsind : contains the level of report (from 0 to 21)
Interactive Report Events:
AT LINE-SELECTION : This Event triggers when we double click a line on the list, when the event is triggered a new sublist is going to be generated. Under this event what ever the statements that are been return will be displayed on newly generated sublist.
AT PFn: For predefined function keys...
AT USER-COMMAND : It provides user functions keys.

1.Initialization - triggers when click on execute buton in the report program
2. At line-selection - it triggers only when you double click on the perticular line on the output
3. Start-of-selection - it triggers when you click on the execute button on the election screen
4.Top-of-page - it triggers for every page break like you will define some page size if it comes to the last line the top-of-page will trigger
5. At user-command - it triggers only on the action based on the user action
6.End-of-selection - it will trigger at the end of the report program execution'
7. End-of-page - it triggers for every end of the page that means you will define one footer for every report program, when the command reaches to the footer it will trigger'
8.At Pfn- it triggers based on the function keys tou pressed
For Interactive Reports,
9.At line-selection
10. Top-of-page during line selection - it will trigger only in the secondary list when it reaches to the new page

Each user has his own. This is where items specific to each user are stored - caches, preferences files, login items, etc. In Lion these folders are hidden, but still there.
There is also one at the top level of the hard drive. This is where resources shared between users are stored - fonts, application support files, etc.
There's also one in the System folder, that you may look in, but do not touch.

I recently upgraded to iOS7 on my iPhone 4s. My pop mail account is downloading all of the emails on my server instead of allowing me to specify how many I want to see. How do I set that now?

I now have 12,000 unread messages on my iPhone 4s. it used to be that i could specify how many it would download. That option seems to be missing. I tried edit the emails, selecting them all and then marking them as read. Their status updated (no blue dot), but the mail app still lists those emails as unread. It's a little disorienting to see a red number on my mail app indicating i have over 12,000 unread emails. Any help would be appreciated.

First Try a Restore from Backup...
But... if the Large Other Persists, that is an Indicator of Corrupt Data in the Backup...
Then a Restore as New is the way to go...

Yes its 32GB, you can also look at the back of the iPad. at the bottom. Under the word iPad it has the capacity.

I would like to know how many devices I can install my creative cloud (individual Package) in. I would like to have access to the applications from my work PC & my laptop in which I am using at home. I don't want to purchase the team or small group packages because the user is just me. In order to download the application twice, is there a certain fee or I have the priveledge of downloading the app in 3 devices just like Microsoft office?

There is a function module 'TIME_GET_LAST_WEEK'.
In this FM, export the Year & you will get(Import) a value in a parameter
EF_WEEK. This will be the Concatenated String of Year&Number_of_weeks in that year
For Example If you run this FM for the Year 2004, the Parameter EF_WEEK will
be '200453'. That means last two digits gives the number of weeks in that year.
From this value you can easily get number of weeks (i.e,EF_WEEK+4(2)).
If this value is 53, then it is a leap year, else not a leap year
