How many shows can I DVR at the same time?

I just signed up for FiOS triple play with preferred HD, premium stations, 75/75 internet and phone. I was watching a show the other night and DVR'd 2 shows - got a message saying I couldn't do that. How many shows can I DVR at the same time? Can I still watch a live show while DVR's recording?
This is SO frustrating!

Every regular DVR has 2 tuners It can recordp to 2 shows at a time.
If both tuners are in use,, then you can't watch anything else.
Want to record more, get more DVRs or upgrade to Quantum.
Lowere level has 6 tuners. THey support remote TVs and recording.
THere agin, you can get combination of channels being watched and recorded up to 6.
Need even more, upgrade to higher level and have 12 tuners to share.

I think that I made the wrong question, as you said: "that means the number of threads currently created".
I'm worry about this because my application is already online (It's a mail server -SMTP and POP3 server using ORACLE for the users database- ) and some other user post in the "multi-tread forum" that almost any JVM can only have 700 threads created at the same time, and I've never heard or read anything about this.

Most routers specs I've seen have a theoretical maximum of 256, but obviously due to practical performance issues would likely limited to less than 20.

I have 5 items that I want to display on the same line in a form, but the fifth item is displaying on the next line eventhough I defined it as "no" in Begin On New Line and "no" in ...Field. Is there a limmitted number of items that can be display on the same line? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks so much in advance.

If you define the 'Begin On New Line' property to 'No', it should work. I just tested it. Do you absolutely need to set the 'Begin On New Field' property to 'No'? That might change the facts.

When you turn on iTunes Match, Family Sharing, or Automatic Downloads, or when you download past purchases on your computer, iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, that device becomes associated with your Apple ID. You can associate your Apple ID with up to 10 devices, with a maximum of 5 computers at any time. Each computer must also be authorized using the same Apple ID. You don't need to authorize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
After you associate a device with your Apple ID, you can't associate that device with another Apple ID for 90 days.

How many calendars can you share with the same iCloud person?

OK Apple people, here is my concern:
I have several calendars in my iCal app. I can share one (home) with my wife but for some reason, I am not able to add her to another calendar that I wish for her to view/edit (work). She does have an iCloud account. The documentation on the Apple web site for iCloud states: " You can share a calendar both publicly and privately with other people. Sharing gives you flexibility in managing calendars. For example, you could create a calendar for your child’s sports team and share it privately with just the coaches so they can edit it. You could also share it publicly with all the parents so they can view (but not change) it whenever they want."
Is there a limit to just how many calendars in the application that one one can send as suggested by the "a"?

So any device could purchase an app/music/whatever, then we would plug it into the main Mac and transfer the purchase to that and then plug in other devices and add to them. Pain the rear! I think my example of tedious process above is one reason for iCloud. So, now with iCloud we should be able to purchase from any device and the other devices would have access without wires. I thought the only way to tie them all together is if they are all under the same AppleID. That is how iCloud knows they are related, right? Makes sense to me. However, on each device, we use their own @me/@mac email account to setup iCloud b/c each email is tied to that family member but under the master Apple ID for our family. Each email account has their own contacts, emails, etc. I thought that was the way to setup. Shouldn’t this work? Kind of separate but yet tied together via the 1 Apple ID. Thoughts?

i have both a phone number in Ecuador and one in the USA when i visit and i want people that write me on my ecuadorian account will be able to write me on my USA phone number too. i assume that since you can push i message to otehr devices you could theoretically do so with two iphone or two iphone lines?

How many learners can be booked on the same eLearning content?

Hi guys, wanted to ask you if you have any experience with booking more than 1000 learners (actually, I am interested if I can book gradually up to 5000 learners) on the same eLearning content. So I am interested in testing the boarders of LSO Somehow I believe it should be also depending on the technical infrastructure (server etc...). Or am I wrong?

Regarding your query :
You can book more than 10000 learners into LSO
About technical infrastructure..if this is about WBT , your server has to have capability to withstand the load, your sizing and infrastructure should be properly set.
If this is about Classroom.. you can book using backend or right simple add on program to read your learner details and book.
There is sizing point in FAQ note 746917 which will help you.

When the customer numbers are more than 1800 in the s_kunnr, select statment going to the dump. Is number of entries in the select options are restricted for some count( around 1800)?.

Firstly, there is an error in your code. You should do the following instead:
move 'I' to s_kunnr-sign.
move 'EQ' to s_kunnr-option.
move l_kunnr to s_kunnr-low.
append s_kunnr.
To answer your original question, the limit depends on the field width you are using in the ranges. If the field width is small, you can have thousands of entries in the range table.
The limitation is in the length of the SQL statement string generated by the ABAP OPEN SQL engine. With the way I defined it above, the statement would have WHERE KUNNR IN ( 'value1', 'value2', 'value3'). With way you defined it, it would have WHERE KUNNR BETWEEN 'value1' and 'value1' and KUNNR BETWEEN 'value2' and 'value2'.
When the range table is so large that it results in a short dump, you should look into FOR ALL ENTRIES option of SQL.
