How much Applecare do I have left?
I recently picked up a second hand MacBook Pro with Applecare. It's an older Core Duo model (2.16GHz). Based on the discontinuation date, I would have assumed the Applecare warranty would have expired awhile ago, but it didn't. Here's the problem, though. If it has an EXTENDED Applecare warranty, it will be covered for a while longer, but when I enter the serial number in the Apple Support page on the web, all I get is a confirmation that the warranty exists. It does not tell me when it expires. I have no idea when it was purchased, and I have no idea who might have actually purchased the warranty (if someone even did.)
So how can I get an expiration date for my computer's Applecare? Should I call Apple, or can I get this info online somehow?

Yes it should... though I don't trust Spotlight myself, I do believe you're not seeing it.
Just double checking, as there can be more than one Application folder... Is this the Applications folder you see when you double click n the Desktop Icon for your HDD?

If you go to iTunes in your phone or the iTunes Store on a computer you can check the balance.
On your iPhone you go to iTunes app and at the bottom is where you can check the balance of your card.
On the computer there is the option to check on the iTunes Store about the middle right of the page.

I'm a avid gamer and for my gaming needs most of the games that I love require Windows ,but due to my constant clicking I drain my mouse battery very fast so I always have backups. Is there anyway I can check how much mouse battery I have left so I can be sure before I start a gaming session that I'll be fine? Switching back and forth between partions is an option ,but I find it as more of a last resort then something to do normally.

if you mean "Memory", as in RAM, you can 1. look at "About this Mac" which is under the apple menu at the top left of your screen, and it will tell you how much total ram you have.
2. If you mean hard drive space, if you select your startup drive in the finder, and do "Get Info" (control-click), it will tell you how big the hard drive is, and how much free space is on it.
3. Or go to applications>utilities>activity monitor and check out the system memory and disc usage buttons on the bottom. -

Sounds like a slam dunk to me. While I think a person would get MORE than $200 for both phones, the new phone starts at $199 (16gb). Now if you're talking about buying the new phone outright, that's a different story and I would agree that you're right. -

Both databases are Oracle 9 so I will use exp/imp. Here is how I do it. Could you check if I think good? On target server there is 72 GB free space on /data.

Does it mean that in first place the free space in datafiles will be filled and after that datafiles would be extended? That would mean that a database would extend to 150GB and free space on /data would be 40 GB after refresh. Am I right?
