I want to verify fees before getting prepaid, I was hoping that a Verizon support person would answer, or someone that has experience from my point of view.
I have not found any other thread or any FAQ to answer the specific question.

We want to make sure you are aware of all fees. To change your number with a postpaid account there is a $15.00 fee. If you currently have our prepaid services please reach out to your Prepay department at 888-294-6804 for all fees associated with our prepay service.

Changing the case yourself will void the warranty. You are highly likely to cause damage unless you know exactly what you are doing.
Also avoid the 3rd party cases from ebay or places like that as most of them don't fit properly.
A nokia care point can fit original nokia covers for you without voiding the warranty.

I don't eve know that an Apple Store would exchange the drive for you - they're using in the business of selling the drives themselves. You may find a local general computer shop in your area that will replace the drive if your not comfortable doing it as a DIY project.

It's in your best interest to locate an apple store and take it in...explain what happened. Trust me on this. But if you can download the apple store app (on your phone or another device), it will be worth it. With it, you can find a local apple store and set up an appointment. Yes, you need to make an appt. If you don't, they will make one for you when you walk in, but you may have to wait. Don't forget to check in when you get there. I know it sounds like too much work, but it might be worth it. It is more expensive than replacing the earlier iPhones, because they attached all kinds of junk to the screen. They aren't just replacing the screen.

To be honest I am not sure. It has not made it into our system yet since none of the players are beyond the -yr warranty anyway. I would imagine (In the US at least) it will be at or around $80 like other similar players, but let me see if I can get some confirmation on that.

Oh yes, I have done that all ready, even tried to do the safe mode. I was able to get it to work once, since January 22th, however it involved the changing security permissions and even though Adobe was working well, Windows quit working well. So I again did another fresh install of Windows around January 26th. This is how long I have been trying to work on this issue. sighhhh My brain has almost turned to mush. lol
