How much does it cost to replace a water damaged ipohne4s in the UK?

i dopped my iphone 4 s down the toilet (clean water!!), took it out immediately and left it to dry around 3-4 days
.If it doesn't work, how much am i looking at forking out to pay for a replacement?
I currently have it in rice (heard mixed things about this) and will see if i can switch it on when i get home later.
Any help would be appreciated!
