oh sorry i meant if i already have a zen microphoto and i couldnt load music onto it cuz mycomputer wouldnt recognize it. then i called sum lady named misty in oklahoma and she tried to help me fix it but then she just made it worst by telling me to format all. because now all my musics gone. b4 i could listen to the songs i alreayd had on it i just couldnt add anything new. now i can't get past the rebuilding library page.....

    My hard drive continually has the floating beach ball and will take massive time to fulfill a request. And then will not boot up...so then I have to do a restore and rebuild hard drive from a past saved time machine version. Works for a little bit...then the floating beachball comes more and more...until it will not boot up again. So then I restore from a previous time machine saved version....and again it works for a day or so ... until it happens again. Now it's happening faster and faster...so I think my hard drive is dying.

    What MichelPM suggested is the SAFEST solution. Firefox is a better browser than Safari, and you will not be faced with any potentially crippling consequences of a full OS update.

    When you fail to give information on the exact model MBP that you have, how do you expect anyone to provide you with any specific information?
    I suggest that you go to the iFixit.com and Powerbookmedic.com and look for parts and prices.  That naturally assumes that you know what parts are defective and need to be replaced.

    Apple do not repair ,an OoW echange unit in US is $199 for an iP4S
    if you take it to an unauthorised repairer  they do not have Apple spares and Apple will subsequently refuse any service or support on that device
