How much for a spacebar replacement at Apple store?

I have no actual idea how my spacebar got to the condition that it is in.
It is very inconsitant. It will sometimes be mushy and sometimes it will work just fine.
Having OCD, this doesn't still well with me and I just want to get it fixed.
I noticed this first when I got to the hotel after having the Macbook in the car all day and I put it in the little section of the car behind the back seat and by the rear window not thinking about it and it is ONLY the spacebar that is like this so I don't think that it is "melted" but I have no idea.
How much will it cost me to get it replaced at the Apple store?

I was hoping that someone else has gotten a key or two replaced on their Macbook so I would have a ballpark amount that I should be expecting.

    So basically it sounds like you bought an abused used iPhone and somehow that makes the phone subpar because dispite the abuse it should still last forever and look like new? Batteries don't last forever, even under ideal conditions, so your expectatoins are unrealistic. Take it in and have an estimate done.

    I don't know if this is something that all apple stores offer, but my local apple store offers a $300 flat repair fee for fixing any hardware problem,s as long as they do not stem from liquid or drop damage.
    This also comes with a 90 day warranty that covers the machine in case of a repeat repair.
    I would assume this is something that all apple stores would honor, so if you are sure it's the logic board and not some software issue, I would suggest going toyour local store and inquiring about this.

    My hard drive continually has the floating beach ball and will take massive time to fulfill a request. And then will not boot up...so then I have to do a restore and rebuild hard drive from a past saved time machine version. Works for a little bit...then the floating beachball comes more and more...until it will not boot up again. So then I restore from a previous time machine saved version....and again it works for a day or so ... until it happens again. Now it's happening faster and faster...so I think my hard drive is dying.

    Warranty and Support are only valid in the country of origin.  You will need to take the device to whatever country it originally came from.
    Apple will not accept shipments from outside the country nor will they return it to an address outside the country.

    Out of warranty replacement thru apple is $269.00 USD.  That includes a 90 day warranty on the replacement device.  You might want to check for repair shops that will just repair the power button, but since your warranty is expired, that might be a cheaper option for you.

    The iPad will be $329 AUD if replaced via postage service or $309 AUD if replaced at an Apple Store. Yes they will give you the replacement and take your old iPad so I would suggest if you can back it up to iTunes so that you can restore the back up to the replacement.

    Sorry, but replacing the LCD screen is no option for the iPhone 4s. This can only be done with the iPhone models 6 and 5.
