How much is a 32gb ipod touch replacement for my 8gb ipod touch with a cracked screen?
The first 4th gen. 8gb ipod touch i got the screen cracked, Apple replaced it for free. I cracked my new one as well and i want to get it replaced. However i don't want an 8gb black ipod anymore. I want the 32gb white 4th gen. ipod touch. Am i allowed to do this and if so what is the cost? Thank you for your help and feedback.
I am not aware that Apple will upgrade your iPod as an out-of-warranty repair. Yu can alsoway ask. If you purchase a new one Apple will give you a 10% discount if you turn in an old one.

To replace your phone's screen costs $109US and I don't see why having Apple replace the screen would void your warranty.

That's what it says, mine did too and was out of date. when Lion killed it.
Don't bother fixing it, it's a 4 year old machine and at it's end of life anyway, something else will just die on it, like the keyboard, the superdrive, the hard drive etc etc.
Wth all the money you'll spend fixing it, you could have a new machine.
Mac' laptops only last aobut 4 years with daily use now. -

Right. So you're telling me that Apple has left someone in charge who is totally screwing their customers' experience and no one at Apple will help reign them in and set them straight?
I guarantee you that she's not the only person who's had this experience and it **** well sours me from buying another iPhone if I know it won't be taken care of if something goes wrong.
I've posted this to let Apple know there's something woefully wrong with their partner and to get that fixed as well. I know Vodafone is the one I'm supposed to deal with; I just want that to be improved. -

new sim card (if charged for one) - $20
but getting another one for 200 (through insurance) will give you a year warantee
