At this time just the Apple stores in the US are doing in-store repairs on iPhone 5-series...the screen is $149. You will have to contact the Apple store there and see if they're doing repairs yet.

Mac and Mac models are picky about the RAM the Mac needs to see and use.
As you have found out, the 1067 speed RAM will not work in your year and model iMac.
You need the 1333 speed RAM.
If, you can return the RAM for a refund, do it!
If not, try online Mac RAM source and seller Crucial memory. They have a table that matches your Mac to the correct and reliable RAM. You may need to contact them to see whether or not they ship to South Africa, though.
If Crucial dpesn't work out, here's the specs for your year and model iMac that you need to seek out and purchase.

Did you replace the screen yourself? If so, then opening the device voids any post-warranty support from Apple, and from the forum. You will need to Google for help, since according to Apple, the iPhone does not have any user serviceable parts.

I have a iPhone 4s with greyed out problem. My phone had a water damage but it did not cause anything on the phone. However, 2 weeks ago my wifi just greyed out. I cannot use wifi anymore. What I am wondering is, how much money do I need to replace the phone ? I saw 150€ and 150$ to replace. I suppose Apple gives the "0" phone to customers after the payment but I want to be sure on the amount of the money ? Does anyone has an idea on that ?

We are all fellow users on here and not Apple employees so cannot speak for Apple or what they will do. That said, I would be very surprised if a US Apple store would be willing to do any replacement for this iPhone as it is not a US version. Your friend can certainly visit an Apple store genius bar and see what they will do, there is no harm is asking.
A new one will still have the problems I noted above, no warranty outside the US, LTE service will be for the US frequencies, locked to a US carrier unless you pay the premium price for a factory unlocked iPhone, on the order of $600.

So when it stopped responding, I did the hard reset like I'd already done a million times before. Only this time, it said that I had to plug into iTunes to restore it. Long story short it didn't work and when I took it to Best Buy they said that the hard drive had failed. To get it repaired they also said that I would have to ship it to Kentucky. I live in New Mexico and I'm just wondering if anyone knows how much that costs and wether or not it's just a better idea to get a new one.

I dropped my iPhone down a stairwell. It was in a case but the screen shattered. I replaced the screen with disaled iphone. Now it loses signal all the time, and goes into "searching" mode for cell signal.

iTunes says it needs to be restored to default to connect. When I restore it nothing changes. I get the same behavior. Below is my deivce log from the iPhone Config Utility. Hopefully someone can tell me if the phone is a wash.
