Apple does not replace screens... they may replace the back glass on the 4/4S and they will replace the battery, but that is it.
Apple will provide an Out of Warranty replacement for the appropriate price based on model, for the 4S it is $199. -

Apple reportedly now will replace the screen in an iPhone 5 for US $149. Availabllity of repair services may vary by country, and I'm not sure if other models of iPhone also can be repaired, so call Apple Support or visit an Apple Store and ask for information. For other problems Apple at this time does not at this time repair iPhones, but will replace the entire iPhone for a flat fee. If you have AppleCare+ coverage, the cost will low; in the US it's $49. There are independent iPhone repair services that may be able to do the repair for less than Apple's out-of-warranty charge. Do a web search for "iPhone repair". through me dropping my phone, i have small cracks in the top by the sleep button.
This is, i hope, causing the sleep button not to work properly. It will work if i squeeze the top rh corner though.
Also there is dust and dirt on the inside of the screen, i guess from where the case is cracked.
do i send it in to get it repaired? Im 99.99% sure its not under warranty (6 month isn't?)

Apple doesn't offer an a la carte repair service. They give you a replacement phone in exchange for your damaged phone. -

Its only 6 months old, but landed on the carpark floor today and has lots of cracks, apart from that it still works, but the cracks are a bit sharp in some places so I'd like it repaired, I wanted to know how much it costs at the Apple store to see if its cheaper to replace there or claim through my insurance which has a £50 excess!!
Found it, £126 think this will be an insurance job then!! I'll give my local store a call just to be sure, though it would be easier to have it done at the Apple store as they'd be able to do it there and then, however its costly so i'll have to survive without it so I can get it repaired via the insurance, arghhhh!!

Assuming you haven't taken up too much memory from apps to hold the 11 gigs of music...
After you plug in your iPhone, go to the music tab. Make sure you have it set to sync all music.
If apps/books/etc. leave you with less than 11 gig of space for you music, make playlists and sync those instead -
