The steam from my shower has got into my Ipod and now it wont work. The buttons work and things, but the touch screen doesn't. i was wondering if anyone knew if apple with replace or fix it it for me and they do how much it will cost

First if your iPod is 8gb it is not a 3g. It's probably a 2g.
Apple will replace your iPod for $99. This is a complete replacement not a repair. This won't be done at an Apple store.

With broken screen Apple Store will replace the entire iPhone 4S for $149. If you have extended AppleCare (AppleCare Plus) I believe the cost will be $50 for iPhone 4S replacement.

Or you can go HERE and pick the part you need replaced and have an Apple repair shop change it for you.
If you're Macbook Pro has a valid warranty - i suggest you take it to Apple, spend the $$$ to get it fixed so that it won't interfere with your warranty. -
