Ty for answer. I connect my iPhone5 to my car audio system by Bluetooth. I can listen sounds from any app installed on my iPhone. The music app starts immediatly, without any command, when the connection via Bluetooth is done. It disturbs me because I want to hear sound from another application. At this moment I do not want to listen to music. I stop the music but it return again and again every time the other app stop momentarily to talk. (This is a navigation app)
I would like to know how to configure my iPhone5 to avoid this.

All computers are set to manually manage music.
I have home sharing set on all 3 computers. When l log into either the Macs or the PC I can drag music I want between either computer with no problems. All computers are authorized. When my wife logs into her account on her Mac Air she cannot move any music from the shared computers. We have separate iTunes accounts. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

I had recently updated from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 and thus had to re download Adobe Digital Editions. I downloaded Version 4.0 but the problem seemed to be with the authorization between the e-reader and the computer. While in ADE click the help button and click erase authorization then re do your user id and password. It worked for me.

When I replaced my PC desktop with a Mac Mini and hooked up my HP printer to it, I discovered that my other computers on the Wi-Fi network could no longer access the printer. The manual says Maverick OS will not allow PC's to share the printer. Does anyone else have this problem? My printer does not have on-board Wi-Fi but, otherwise, works fine. I shouldn't have to buy a new one. Is there a OS patch out there that would open the printer port for my PC computers?
I'm assuming that on the Mac, the System Preferences -> Sharing -> Printer Sharing -> [X] HP printer -> Everyone can print is selected? That is to say, the Mac will allow anyone to print using the printer, and that you did not try to restrict who can print.
How is your network configured? Bonjour as a protocol will NOT cross a router boundary. If you have 2 or more subnets active with the PCs on one subnet and the Mac on another, that would block the PCs from seeing the Mac.
You could have multiple subnets if you have more than one router, such as an ISP provided broadband modem/router and another WiFi Router. If the PCs are talking to one router and the Mac is talking to another, that could be a 2 subnet situation. The additional routers must be put into bridge mode, which is done differently depending on the router. But the basics are to diable DHCP and NAT services on the secondary router(s) having just one active router on the network.
Also, using Bonjour Browser on my Mac, it is showing me that the printer is being advertised as using Internet Printing Protocol, so if that is something selectable on Windows, maybe you can bypass Bonjour on Windows. -

I have a requirement where in BAPI_DOCUMENT_CHECKOUTVIEW2 need to be called from the front end (JAVA).
When i run this BAPI in SAP it works fine ,when i run the same form front end it throws the error saying
"RFC Partner does not allow to start the Program."( I have checked the error in debug mode).
SAPGUI is installed at the JAVA developers desktop,still am facing this error.
The error is thrown at the below code:
CALL FUNCTION 'RFC_PING'
DESTINATION 'SAPGUI'
EXCEPTIONS: communication_failure = 1 MESSAGE lf_msg_text
system_failure = 2 MESSAGE lf_msg_text.
Please suggest.

You need a RFC path in this case.You can check SM59 and contact your basis team regarding this. -
I have attempted to update a few apps and the install has frozen on 'waiting' not allowing me to either access the app or delete it, any idea why this has happened and how do I get around it?
See if either of these things works for you. In the future ... Only update one app at a time. Forget that the Update All button even exists. It causes more problems than it does good - IMO.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream. -
When I launch the app store, I get "minecraft." It will not allow me to return to the "featured" menu. I've tried rebooting / killing the app, but nothing has worked. Any insight?
I have also tried the fixes offered in this forum such as using the "Other" mail in setting up the gmail accounts, and not using the dedicated gmail setting. I also went to google and signed in and enable the additional devices. I had the same problems with the original account I set up for gmail, but it corrected when i went to using the "Other" instead of the Gmail button. I was able to set up the new gmail accounts on my iphone without problem and on my husband's ipad1 for his gmail account. Just the ipad 2 is giving me problems. Again, thanks for any suggestions.

When i first put credit onto my i pod it worked fine then it kept coming up with that message, i went into the apple store today and it worked straight away and when i first tried to download apps at home it worked fine, then it stopped again and came up with the same message. i know its not the internet connection because i can connect ok to the internet on both the i pod and my laptop. -
i upgraded my iphone 4 OS yesterday to ios 5, today morning my phone is not working, i am not able to click any button and also its not allowing me to switch off the phone and restart. Anyone having similar issues?

Take the following steps:
1) while connected to wifi, toggle off then back on the Show All Music and iTunes Match options shown in my original post. Important: I did this step before, but wasn't connected to wifi, and my music disappeared. Subsequently, I connected to wifi and turned off and then back on those options and everything came back though it was grayed out and my only option was to download music.
2) To get streaming over cellular back, go into Settings>General>Cellular and scroll down to the "Use Cellular Data for:" options and make sure the iTunes option is set to 'On'
The above steps will bring back the streaming capability which seemed to go away when you update to 6.1. It didn't ACTUALLY go away, but something about the update toggled off the iTunes option in step 2 above.
I did a final test by turning off wifi, opening Music app and selecting a song. It played successfully without downloading! Crossing my fingers, but I think I'm good to go!

So, I "purchased" (thankfully only FREE songs) two songs on my iPhone and I was told I could simply download them onto the computer when i connected. Well I can't, so I tried to download again but it told me they were already downloaded and should be there....they weren't. I followed the instructions to "check for available downloads" and I was told there weren't any.
Long story short the ONLY way I can get those two songs is to download them again. THANKFULLY it is a MONDAY and they are STILL FREE!!!

The value of the Channel Strip volume etc is not stored within the C Strip setting, as you have discovered.
If you really wanted, you could add a Gain plug to the strip, with it set to give the correct output level with the Fader set to 0
(Or just set the fader manually in MS)
