How not to consolidate ratios?

Hi,
This may be dumb question, but what is the effective way to not consolidate ratios in HFM.
Say, I have DOH at base entities and want to do same math at parent entity instead of rolling up the base entities. What if DOH is not calculated account?

Hi there,
As DanyB said, you need to change the IsConsolidated to "N" and then have the rule to run for any entity of the group (both parent and base).
In that way, you will be able to see the numbers as they have been calculated based on data of the parent entity.

If your second account is actually an iCloud account with data in it, as opposed to a login for iTunes, iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match (which isn't actually anything to do with iCloud itself) you can sign in with it in System Preferences>Mail, Contacts and Calendars and its data will appear alongside the main account. (You can't use PhotoStream and a few other facilities with this secondary account, and you don't get 'push' email, only checking at intervals).
If the second ID is in fact only for iTunes just go on as you are: there is no conflict about doing this and you won't even notice as Keychain will log you in with the correct ID in each case. It's also better security not to have your iTunes login also your email address, given the number of complaints about hacked iTunes accounts.

However, my troubleshooting issue is that I also want the songs in my concert playlists to go in order of how they were performed at the concerts.
Give them a track number.
Each time I number them within the playlists the song's number also changes within the Library Music list.
And? I'm not seeing the problem.
However, I can not figure out how to make true copy. I've already tried dragging the song to my desktop, then dragging the new copy back into iTunes. I've even tried renaming the duplicate copy and dragging it into iTunes. Why won't my iTunes make an individual duplicate copy of a song?
How do you have iTunes manage your music? If you drag a song to the desktop it may just be moving the file to the desktop.
Command+R to reveal the file in Finder. Command+D to duplicate the file in Finder. Drag the duplicate to iTunes to add the second copy. Not that I totally understand where the issues lie and feel this is likely not the best remedy...

Photos that are not in an iPhoto library can be imported telling iPhoto not to import duplicates (an imperfect procews) and then IPLM can find the duplicates
As to keeping seperate libraries - only you can do that - IPLM can move photos between libraries for you but only you can know which photos should be in which library

Apparently, you cannot do that:
Set up your Apple ID for iCloud and iTunes - Apple Support
If you have made purchases using more than one ID, call Apple Support and state your case. I have heard that they may be able to do something to help you.
I do not know why Apple makes it so easy to create Apple IDs; they suggest creating them left and right, but make it very difficult to undo once a person realizes how bad it is to use multiple Apple IDs for the same purpose, for example, iTunes Store, or App Store purchases.

Friends:
My Catalog "somehow" has become distributed over two volumes A and B. A has 60,000 and B has 5,000 files. How do I consolidate the volumes? [I want A to have all 65,000 images]
(Later I want the other of the volumes to simply be a bakup)
I would like to add that volumes A and B are my Master Library, each of which is subdivided into folders for years and within each year there are folders for each event. The two volumes have the same hierarchy of folders.
Please share your strategy and enlighten me.

I see. The situation that LR does not display the same folders and/or images as are on the hard drive occurs because changes have been made outside of LR.
LR is depebdent on its data base (the "Catalog") and does not just "see" what is on the hard drive. When you change the image folders outside of LR will not "see" the new situation - so you get one thing on your hard drive and another thing in LR.
Because LR works that way, it is best if you do all of your image management - moving and renaming folders and images - in LR only. Then Lr will always display the correct situation.
Now to your situation:
You say that your drives A und B have exactly the same content. So - on the hard drive level - one drive is a backup of the other. That is OK because you want a backup for your images.
So don't change anything on your drives.
For LR you have to decide: Do you want only one set of images - those on drive A or on drive B - in LR?
Or do you want to have both identical sets of images in LR?
LR is not designed to manage true duplicates - files that have the same file name. It is OK as long as duplicates are in different folders or on different drives.
Therefore I suggest that it is easiest if you have only one drive in LR.
If you opt for having only one of the drives in LR then right-click your drive B (the one with only 5000) photos and select <Remove>.
If you want both of your drives in LR, then right-click your drive B (the one with only 5000 photos) and select <Synchronize folder>. Synchronize folder will import photos (and folders) that are on the drive but not in LR and will remove photos (and folders) that are not on the drive.

Are you still facing this issue. If yes. You may follow below mentioned steps:
- You don't need to install old version.
- Once you get the screen to enter Acrobat X serial number enter it. The next screen will ask you for previous version serial number enter that and choose the same version from drop down.
and that should be it.

Hi. I have consolidated my library, as follows:
Select "Photos" in LIBRARY.
Click in thumbnail area and Select All.
File / Consolidate Masters...
Move Files / OK [In an earlier consolidation I may have chosen Copy Files]
When I do that again, I received "The selection doesn’t have any referenced files." So far, so good.
But when I create a vault, I receive the following message:
New Vault Contents
6866 managed files will be included in this vault.
1645 referenced files will not be included. These need to be backed up separately.
Vaults provide automated backup of all master files stored inside your Aperture library. Master files for referenced images are stored elsewhere, and are not backed up in vaults.
Adjustments, ratings, and other metadata are included for all images, regardless of file location.
How do I consolidate those 1,645 referenced files? This worries me immensely as due to a separate problem, not solvable by AppleCare today, I am unable to restore an aplibrary using Time Machine.

Make sure that no filters are set in the search fields (Browser, Inspector) - the searches should show: "all items" or "showing all".
Then create a smart album to show all referenced images:
File -> New -> Smart album
Add a rule: File status is "Referenced"
If any files are shown in the album, consolidate them by selecting only those images from the smart album.
Do a second search with a rule: File Status is "online" or File satus is "Missing", to find stray masters that still are not accounted for.

If you mean consolidate in the iTunes sense of the word, "create a copy anything that is outside of the designated iTunes Media folder into the folder and link iTunes to the new copy" then select some tracks, right -click on them and click Consolidate Files... or for your whole library use File > Library > Organize Library > Consolidate files.
Note the above process makes copies of your files. Depending on how much needs to be consolidated this can consume a considerable amount of disc space. You should always maintain a backup of your media, but if you want to consolidate without this side effect then use my script ConsolidateByMoving.
If you mean "putting broken up albums back together" then generally all you need to do is fill in an appropriate Album Artist. For more details see my article on Grouping Tracks Into Albums, in particular the topic One album, too many covers.
