How often do apple stores restock the touches?

So I really want a 32gb 4th gen touch but the only kind the store has at the moment is a 8gb. I really want to get one tonight but since the 8gb touch only has about 6.5gb left after formatting, it probably wouldn't hold a fair amount of movies, games, music, or be able to shoot that much hd video. I called my local apple store and they said they get shipments whenever which really wasn't all that helpful.
Based on personal experience, do you guys know how long it takes for the apple store to restock their touches? They said it could be tomorrow or the day after, or the day after that, etc, but the anxiety is killing me.
Also, I'm trading in my old broken first gen touch (which served me very well over the past 3 years) for the 10% recycling discount so I can't really buy it at a 3rd party seller unless I want to pay $30 more (from full price) which I don't want to do.

I've heard everyday but the everyday shipments can be anything so it could be iphone 5's or iPod's or anything. I've also heard " we get iPhone 5 shipments once a week usually".

Unless I misunderstand the question, you can't do what you're asking to do. Apple doesn't allow you to bypass their store and host public apps on a website. The exception is an enterprise app, which requires an Enterprise account with both Apple and Adobe. This type of enterprise app can be distributed only within the company. Another option is to add the development app to several devices and use those for your demo.

As far as recycling, they will take one, dead or alive, so I assume a shattered one would qualify just as well.

You need two items
1 - the iPhoto application -
You install it from the App Store
2 - and the iPhoto library - restore form your backup from just before the disk died - no importing involved - simply restore and launch iPhoto and it will look in the pictures folder and open it and it will be exactly the way it was when you made the backup
As to your question Do you need it - No you can manage your photos anyway you please - iPhoto is a good way but not required - you can use any software you want and you can import photos using image Capture (in your applications folder) or any other software you choose - If you use iPhoto then they by default going your iPhoto library - if you use other software then they go where you say to put them

And part of the problem is that I can't find any Belkin composite cables for connecting an iPhone to a TV, either on the Apple Store or the Belkin site. The closest I found is this Belkin video cable, which doesn't specify exactly what kind of connection it is.
For the most relevant assistance, you've got to post in the iPhone forum and specify the cable by providing a link to exactly which cable you're using.
