i got a "SAP NetWeaver How-To Guide" named
"How To... Embed an Xcelsius Dashboard within a SAP NetWeaver Visual Composer"
but i cannot download appendix's based code
XcelsiusWrapperBase.mxml and XcelsiusAdapterSalesTarget.as
can any one tell me how or where i can get it?

Currently I'm running SAP Netweaver 7.0 ABAP Trial version, configured to run BI.
I installed SAP NW 70 Presentation 710 Composite Core, so now I have the following applications: Analyzer, Query Designer, Report Designer, WAD.
Well, everything seems ok but when I try to run any of this applications nothing happens. Also, If I put the cursor over the executable files I can read the following message: "Can Only be used in SAP Netweaver 7.1"
So, the question is WHERE I can download SAP Netweaver 7.1?
I am not sure if this is the right path in sap marketplace:
Installations and Upgrades-> SAP NetWeaver-> SAP NETWEAVER-> SAP NETWEAVER CE 7.1
CE stands for Composition Environment...that's why I'm not sure is this is what I need to run Analyzer, Query designer, etc.

You can also download that from this location in service market place.
Go to Downloads->Installations and Upgrade->Search for Installations and Upgrades and key in NW CE 7.1 and choose the component you would want to download.

Then
SAP NETWEAVER 7.0 ---> Installation and Upgrade -->
Windows Server --> Oracle
then which files need to be downloaded.

Hi, my suggestion is to download first Installation Guide for your OS/DB combo and you will find minimun Hardware and Software requirements. Also on that guide are the names for the files you need to download.
The software can be found under:

B PC 10.0 requires SAP NetWeaver 7.3 SP02, but I cannot find it on Service Marketplace. Would someone provide the location to me?

NW has no specific SP. There is EHP (enhancement packages) for it.
Nowadays NW 7.3 is on EHP1.
You will find SPs for the NW 7.3 and NW 7.3 EHP1 components.

I am using mac . i have noticed that in SDN we can download SAP Netweaver application server ABAP 7.02 SP6 32 Bit trail version.
But all the details specified out there is only for windows os.Do we have options for mac here ??

Since there does not exist any ABAP-Server Version for Mac (never has and most likely never will be) - only 64bit operating systems for suited for large server (WinXP-32 is one exception for Development purposes)
The only option for you is some sort of virtual machine.

Downloading SAP NetWeaver Portal

I was wondering if I could get some help in downloading the trail version of SAP NetWeaver Portal 7.1.
I downloaded SAP NetWeaver 7.01 ABAP Trial Version. I am installing the SAP NetWeaver 7.01 ABAP Trial Part 1. But it seems that this package does not include the Net Weaver Portal. How do I get the portal installed? Did I get the right package of NetWeaver? My project has to do with Content Management and I was interested in the Knowledge Management component of Net Weaver Portal.

Yes, it supports creating and editting documents through a simple approval/workflow mechanism.
Through WebDAV it can be used from Office.
It doesn't do document conversion.

Unable to download SAP NetWeaver 7.01 using IDM - Plz help

I tried downloading SAP NetWeaver 7.01 - ABAP Trial using IDM but it failed after downloading 70% of it.
I tried it 4 times but it failed showing the message "server doesn't responded".
Is there any other way downloading it or should i download it without using a download manager.
Those who have downloaded it plz help.

U were right. I t was bcoz connection used to break while downloading. I need to download it where I can get a speed of 1 mbps.
My connection provide a sped of 60 kbps so due to long downloading time connection broke.

I was trying to download "SAP NetWeaver 7.0 JavaTrials" from SDN , a sneak preview version of EP7.0.
i got this error while downloading it ...
"Invalid Archive Directory" and because of that i was not able to save the file.
Can anyone guide me what is the reason for this and whats the solution to it.

The file type is *.tgz instead of .rar.Also im not able to download the entire file,when i starts downloading it completes with no time and when i try to open im getting the error "Invalid Archive Directory".Does this appears because of the file gets corrupted??

So yes from what I gathered on the phone support call, the update would download and fail during the install. The support person did a remote desktop session where they dug through tmp folders checking various log files, etc. They downloaded and tried installing some other type of patch. No go. After an hour or so they threw up their hands. I did a search for that to see if they followed up with a case # for the call, and I couldn't find it. Either they didn't send me one or I accidentally deleted it (but it's not in my trash/archive so doubt that).
Prior to the support call, I did a chat session, which was dropped because a link loaded into the session, ending it. That was after I had been troubleshooting with them for about an hour. Frustrating. So I opted to call in instead of chat, see above. The case # on that chat is #0185619250. I didn't follow up on it since I went the call route. Here's another case I found on my acct, dealing w/ this matter.

Hello Florian thanks for your quickest response. I would like to emphasize that I have installed the "SAP NetWeaver ABAP 7.02 Trial Version" from SDN downloads it comes with SAP_ABA, SAP_Basis, PI_Basis, SAP_BW components.
I still need CPRXRPM component. is it possible to add the CPRXRPM component to the above mentioned trail version? Please confirm.
Also have any one done this before?
