How quickly to get a podcast approved?

What kind of time frame does it take to get a podcast approved? Is it hours, days, weeks, etc... It is my first podcast and the client it hoping to have it out there within 3 days and I would like to let him know if that is even reasonable.

If it's an audio podcast then you can eithet stop it (via the pause) control in the iPod app, or you can use the audio controls on the taskar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and there should be rewind, play/pause, and forward icons.

There is no Apple approval process for this. Headwaters Economics needs to fork over the $99 to get a Developer ID so that people who install their software can be assured it came from them and isn't some malware masquerading as them. Until that happens, you will have to right click (or command click) and choose "Open" to get past the Gatekeeper.

I beleive it's the motion of the running that is causing it, is there a setting I need to change?

Either sync them via iTunes on the computer to the device or turn on Podcast syncing in Settings > Podcasts on the device.

You will have to re-submit it as an entirely new podcast. Because there is a bug in the automated part of the submissions process which will tell you that it has already been submitted (even though it's been removed) you will need to change the title slightly.
However you should consider why it was removed - obviously there's no point in re-submitting it if it still has whatever reason caused the removal. It's a nuisance that they never explain the reason.
Possible resaons for removal include inability to read the feed for a period of time: strong or sexual language in the content if the 'explicit' tag is not set to 'yes'; strong or sexual language in the title of the podcast or an episode whatever that tag is set to; unacceptable content such as racism, or the sort of sexual content that can get you arested (I'm not suggesting you are doing this, just listing reasons), or breach of copyright (such as DJ 'mixes' using commerciallly issued recordings. The last-named is a very common reason, and if yours is this type of podcast you will simply get rejected again.

The author's name is carried in the 'itunes:author' tag - you have this tag but it's empty. I would imagine that Libsyn provides you a place to fill this in.
You need to make your image square - it should b 600 x 600 px. At present it's portrait format and the iTunes Store page in iTunes is squashing it vertically to make it square, which is most unflattering. You should provide a new image, which should have a different filename.

How do I get my podcasts on my iTunes to transfer to my iPhone 5?

Wasn't quite sure if this is a iTunes, Podcast app, Music App, iPhone5 , iOS, or OS X issue, but they are all Apple products, so I will start here.
The podcasts that I have on my iTunes on my Mac are not showing up on my iPhone 5 after what appears to be a successfuly sync in iTunes. The music is syncing up successfully, but not my podcasts. They are not showing in my podcast app. Also my Playlists are transferring over into the music app, but the playlists that have podcasts, are empty.
Any ideas of how to get this to work?

Since you're using a MacBook Pro, you probably shouldn't bother with Mac OS X 10.5. Purchase Mac OS X 10.6 on DVD; the online Apple Store sells it.

Thank you. I had actually done that, and then could not re- sync my iPhone. It connects to iTunes and is recognised, but does not sync, although the bar at the top sys it is synching , and goes through the process very quickly. But in the end I still have my photos in the old order on the iPhone, and no music at all!

How do I get the Podcast app to keep playing even after a longer break?

So I´m using the Podcast app in order to be able to stream content without having to use Itunes. So far so good. Now, If I pause the podcast I´m listening to, the track information will stay accessible via clicking the screen or double-clicking the home button to access the Iphone Controls/Multitasking bar. For a while, that is.
If I stay away from the Iphone for a longer period of time, the memory of the track being played mysteriously vanishes, If I try to press "play" as described above the currently listed song in Itunes will instead start playing. So what I then have to do is access the Podcast App again and hope that I can find the episode I was listening to again (which of course I don´t keep track of - no pun intended).
I´ve tried changing the order of the app icons in the Controls bar, but they seem not to want to be moved.
Any tips? True continous play would be an awesome feature as I listen A LOT to podcasts.

I doubt it is a bug.
In Messages > Preferences > Messages you can set the Font, It's Colour and the background (default Balloons) colour as well plus of course the size.
This should stick if you Own the .plist that this info is written to (And the folder that it is in)
You should also have Read and Write permissions.
In the Finder use the Go Menu > Go to Folder and type in ~/Library/Preferences
Find com.apple.ichat.plist (yes messages till uses this one)
highlight it
Do a Get Info (CMD and iKeys together)
In the Info Panel at the bottom your name followed by (me) should appear.
Highlight this and then use the little cogwheel icon under the list.
A phrase saying make yourshortname (me) the owner should appear and it should be greyed out if you alredy Own it.
In the list you should be showing Read and Write Permissons
Like so
Whilst the Preferences folder is open go to the View menu of the Finder and SHow View Options and hit Show PAth Bar.
Right click on Preferences in the Bar and select Get Info and check you Own this and have Read and Write permissions
Repeat for Library.
If you can't write to the .plist the info you change will not be saved. (This includes having access to the folders you have to navigate to get there).
If you are using the Format menu then this is letter by letter or word by word changes.

How do I get a podcast on iTunes to show up on my iPhone?

I listen to a podcast on a website but now that I have an iPhone, I'd like to able to listen to that podcast on my iPhone but I'm unable to. That particular radio station has apps to listen to the podcast for Blackberry and Androids, but not the iPhone.
I was able to search through iTunes and found the podcast and I'm able to listen to it on my laptop, but when I'm out on the road or when I'm not using the laptop, I'd like to able to listen to the podcast on my iPhone. How do I do that? Is there some type of settings on my iPhone or iTunes that can sync the podcast to my iPhone?

In iTunes, with your phone connected, select the Podcasts and choose to sync all podcasts or selected ones. You can also determine which episodes are synced based on if they are recent, new, or unplayed.
On your phone: iTunes>More>Podcasts.

How do I get my podcast to, you know, display correctly in iTunes?

My podcast is screwed up. Search for "The Toadeledge" on iTunes, you'll notice that the last 2 files are the same. The MP3 on the server and pointed to in my feed is the correct show, but iTunes refuses to listen to the XML feed and just chooses the 2nd to last show as the mp3 for the last one. I'm not quite sure why, the podcast itself is flawless.
