How reliable is the Apple "check availability" web page?
I have a couple friends that checked the web site for availability of a 16gb black 3g. The web site stated " not available". They even called the store to confirm. However, when they stopped by the apple store at lunch they had plenty of 16gb black 3g. So how reliable is the web site? Has anyone else experienced this? I live over an hour away and I want to know for sure they have 3gs available before I drive that far.
The availability page reports shipments in transit to the selected Apple Store. Sometimes shipments do not match what's expected (they may get more of one type, less of another), sometimes weather delays prevent shipments from arriving as scheduled. It's an estimate, nothing more.
Unfortunately, the bottom line is that you can't +"know for sure"+. The only sure bet is to order one at an AT&T Store via Direct Fulfillment - then, when you are informed your phone has arrived, it will be there. But if you're in a hurry, a trip to the Apple Store would be quicker, if they do, in fact, have them when you arrive.
As of late last week in my area, there were still long lines prior to store opening (>30 people) - more people in line than phones in the shipment. So even though they are listed as available, they may not be by the time you get there.

I guess, there is no other possible way to acheive this without modifying the standard driver program. Why because? in you driver program you check window will be called only on the last page... but before you change your driver program give a try like shown below....
Not sure, but give a try... In the first page you will be printing some void check try to replace the code inside the text element of void check with original check and make all the check void... note: in this text element, be sure you write two conditions...
IF &PAGE& = 1.
**PRint all check values..
ELSE.
***Print void values
ENDIF.

How to adjust the pictures vrwing on web pages?
The pictures are not downloading on web page, but emty frames only
If images are missing then check that you aren't blocking images from some domains.
*Check the permissions for the domain in the current tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
*Check that images are enabled: Tools > Options > Content: [X] Load images automatically
*Check the exceptions in "Tools > Options > Content: Load Images > Exceptions"
*Check the "Tools > Page Info > Media" tab for blocked images (scroll through all the images with the cursor Down key).
If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "<i>Block Images from...</i>" then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.
Make sure that you do not block third-party images permissions.default.images

There are also extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) and security software (firewall, anti-virus) that can block images. -
Post the lion upgrade safari will now not load some pages....apple express lane start page for one....other secure sites such as web payments sites too. Also I can not get AirPlay mirroring on safari.....which works fine on the ipad.
I have tried downloading and installing the update twice....no change.
Any ideas !

The list of open web pages, which normally sits bottom right on my screen, flipped to the left. How can I move it back to the right?
I clicked Alt + tab and saw 'Deplacer' (Reposition - I'm in France). Then the cursor became a thing like a crossroads and I clicked where I wanted to put the list of open pages but nothing happened.You may have placed the bookmarks icon on the Navigation Toolbar to open the bookmarks in the sidebar instead of the bookmarks menu button that opens a drop down list.<br />
There are two icons available for opening or accessing the bookmarks that both have a star.<br />
The icon with the drop marker opens the drop down list with the bookmarks (Bookmarks Menu button).<br />
The other, without the star, opens the bookmarks in the sidebar, just like the Ctrl+B shortcut or View > Sidebar > Bookmarks

"Exactly" how long is the Apple hw warrranty?
Is an Apple "1 year" h/w warranty actually less than 1 year?
On Monday of this week, 7/15/13, I noted that my iPhone 4S wasn't using my home wifi network. Of course I assumed my network was down, but it wasn't. Wifi was apparently 'broken' on my iPhone. When I went to settings to turn it on, I couldn't - the 'on' option was grayed out.
So I tried following the support recommendations for this problem, rebooted the phone, reloaded a fresh ios, etc.. No joy.
So I went into the local Apple store - got an appountment for Thursday, 7/18/13. I was going to be out of town on business the next 2 days, it would have been nice to get it fixed that night, but they required that I stay in the store for an hour and a half to do it that night. No thanks.
So on 7/18/13 I show up at the appointed hour. I'm told that it's likely a hardware problem. When did you buy this phone? "About a year ago". What's your AppleID - I give it, the tech types and away, then tells me that my warranty expired 'about a week ago', and it'll be $199 to get the hardware replaced.
No thanks - if Apple won't stretch a warranty one week, they lose my loyalty, I'll look at every other option for replacing this phone.
So I went home, Googled "Apple Warranty Validation", got this site - https://selfsolve.apple.com/wcResults.do , entered my serial #, and sure enough, it said that my warranty had expired.
But neither the Tech, nor the site, told me when I bought the phone. So I went to the attic, and got my 2012 files out.
I had a receipt for a phone purchase on 7/19/12. Another for a return of that phone on 7/23/12, at 5 pm, and another for a purchase of my current phone at 8:30 pm on 7/23/12. What had happend was that I had dropped my 3S, which my business communication relies on, and lost phone connectivity with it. So I went to the ATT store in a panic, got a replacement, and then went to work seeing if I could fix my 3S (since I really would have liked to hang onto it till the '5' came out, in a couple of months or so). By the 23'rd, I thought I had it fixed, so I returned the 1st 4S, paying a $35 restocking charge. Later that evening I realized that it wasn't fixed, so I went back and got another 4S.
So, why did Apple think that a phone I bought less than a year ago was out of warranty?
I called Apple support. They at first didn't want to deal with me because, hey, my phone was out of warranty. I asked them when they thought I bought it, and got told "7/19/13". Interesting, because this call took place on 7/18/13. So I asked why Apple though I was beyond their 1 year warranty, when in fact, by their records, I was one day short of a calendar year? The agent told me that their warranty is actually a day short of a year, and that thus it had expired that day.
I told the agent that a) my records showed I bought the phone on 7/23, and b) in any event, I had reported the problem at the Apple store on 7/15, prior to the warranty expiration. That blew his mind, so he passed the issue on to a more senior guy, who passed the issue onto a warranty expert, who asked me for the serial # of the phone. Once he had that he responded that yes, he showed I bought that phone on 7/23, it was within warranty, no issue.
Unanswered was why 2 Apple reps, and a web site, thought my phone was out of warranty. And is it really true that an Apple "1 year warrant" is acutally less than 1 year, by even a day?
Interestingly enough, the Apple warranty validation web site now says that this phone has been replaced. I.e., the phone I'm holding in my hand. Wow.What a good read. The Apple iPhone warranty is freely available in the public domain. Whatever it says.

However, I found some difficulties in applying the new ID in my devices.
The situation is like this:
1. I can not find how to change the apple ID on my air. When there are updates available, I was asked to enter my password.
However, the apple iD was the old one. I do not know how to change it.Continued:
2. After changing the apple ID, I heard that all the softwares need to be re installed because they belong to the old ID.

i used this apple id in my IPAD 4,But some how i forgot the apple id password that was stored in my iPad. i reset the same in my another device. I put the new password in my I pad. Due to mismatching of password that was stored in iPad and new password ,it does not accept it. very unfortunately i also unable to connect my iPad with internet because it does not allow me to connect. In every second message displayed for apple id password. i am helpless. please help to get rid opt from this problem.

How to connect an apple tv to an enterprise network with a username and a password?

I would suspect this is a hardware issue. The rollers are probably having issues picking up the relatively smooth thick media. You might have better results be cleaning the paper pickup rollers with a damp paper towel. Also make sure the paper is snugly loaded and the paper guides have been correctly positioned.
