How ro delete/cancel procurement Scheduling Agreement Release in APO system

Hi,
Can you please tell me the ways to delete procurement schedule agreement release in APO system.
I have gone through the thread "How to delete the old schedule line release? and found two transactions but it seems both the transactions like /sapapo/cmds_del  & sappao/cmds_sc02 are used for sales scheduling agreement release deletion.
The system is not allowing me to delete the same in APO system as these are APO scheduling agreements.
Please help me on the same. Thanks in advance.Revert back if any further clarification is required.
regards,
kaushik

Hi,
Thanks for your reply again.
The /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER program does not select the release schedule lines though it selects the Scheduling Agreement Schedule Line (Not released) for deletion.
The transaction /SAPAPO/PWBSRC2 for Deleting External Procurement Relationship but as long as the released schedule line exists , it is not possible to delete the scheduling agreements.
I have gone through the help.sap.com site and I was not able to found anything about deletion or cancel/closing of Scheduling Agreement Release.
Still waiting for the solution.

kaushik

How is it possible to delete old purchasing schedule lines in APO (that do not exist in R/3)?
Though used successfully before, /SAPAPO/CCR will not reconcile our discrepancy in this case.

  • Scheduling agreement release in APO

    Hey Gurus,
We are planning and releasing scheduling agreements in APO through the product view.  The problem that we are having is that we can't see these released schedule lines in MD04 after the schedule lines are released in APO.  Is there somethign with the CIF that needs to be set up for this?  We already have integration models set up for PIR's and SchAgreements already.
Also, we checked the /SAPAPO/CCR reconciliation report and didn't see anythign stuck in there   Do you guys have any suggestions for us?
    Sincerely,
    Kris

    Hi Kris,
Please check the the distribution definition has been maintained for each location

  • Delete/Stop Scheduling Agreement Release (Purchasing)

    Hi,
I have a question concerning releases of a purchasing scheduling agreement in SAP APO. Basically very simple - how can I delete them or at least stop them? I did not find any transaction or report to do so (only for SD scheduling agreement releases). I know that there is a functionality of "dynamic stopping" of release done by the system but how can I do it manually? If there is no such function (which I could not really believe) what would be the business scenario to stop such a release (releases are created by APO, but I manually want to delete them). There has to be such functionality...
    Many thanks in advance
    Christian

    Pl check this document..

  • Deactivate Scheduling Agreement Release Profile

    Hi,
We have configured scheduling agreement release profile for JIT and forecast delivery schedules.
For some reasons we do not want to use the release profile, we do not wont schedule line release using ME84.
Can any one pls suggest how to deactivate the release and also if any other settings has to be unchecked.
    Pls do the needful.
    Regards,
    Neha

    Hi Prashanth,
Changing the setting from 2 to 1 in source list will not be relevant as schedule lines has to be generated while MRP run.
I understand that if the material is checked for JIT in material master and when the Doc type is LPA then the scheduling agreement automatimatically goes for release. Correct me if I am wrong.
Should the config setting for creation profile to be deleted from SPRO settings.
    Pls lemme know.

    Neha

  • Scheduling Agreement Release Comparison

    Hi Experts
does Scheduling agreement release comparison works for JIT delivery schedule (Doc Type LP) in SNC?
if yes then how it works and how it is different than forecast delivery schedule release comparison (Doc Type LPA)
    Thanks

    Hi Indira,
The are two ways to address your business case :
    1. The simple way is to forward the work item to the concerned person (by selecting the user from user list) for releasing the work item.
    2. In the second option, we need to modify the workflow. A conditional work item (Accept/Reject) needs to be inserted immdtly after the SA workitem to accept or reject the user decision. Based on the decision, the workitem will either show him the SAP user list to redirect the same for releasing or it should go to the concerned user automatically (in static agent assignment). In case of acceptance, it will go to next step bypassing the rejection loop.
In case of any further queries, please revert.

  • Scheduling Agreement Release Strategy Issue

    Hi,
We have a typical problem in Scheduling Agreement Release Strategy.
Once the SA is released for the first time it should restart the release strategy again if there is a change in Quantity or Value or Purchasing group. The release strategy is getting restart for some of the release strategies and not for others. I compared the characteristics, class for both the release strategies and I am not seeing any difference.
Can anyone please help me in this regard.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Ram

release strategy can be rerigger in case where qty or price change and the changes is over the percentage you defined for Release indicator
goto release indicator config and in SPRO for release strategy and check the Value change %
    maintian 0.1 here
so any change above 0.1 will retrigger
and maintian value 4 in chgable field.

  • How to delete a PO schedule line in SNC

    Hi Experts,
Is there any way to delete/cancel a schedule line of a specific PO manually in SNC.?
    Thanks in advance
    Vinoth

    Hi Vinoth,
If you have PO# with you then you can check this PO in R\3 from R\3 you can get supplier code.
Once you have supplier code then go to t-code:/N/SAPAPO/LOC3 in SAP SNC enter supplier code you can get supplier BP organization from general tab.
If you don't have R\3 access then go to table /1OM/ORDR7MP3<client#> enter ORDNO as your PO# press F8 from this copy ORDID.
Now go to table /1OM/ORDR1HDR<client#> enter the ORDID press F8 and copy PRTIDFR then go to table /SAPAPO/LOC enter PARTNER_GUID field  as PRTIDFR press F8
(Note that by default PARTNER_GUID is not there for field selction to get PARTNER_GUID field click on setting tab and select field selection in that you will get PARTNER_GUID field checked this field).
Now you will get supplier BP organization.
There is only one way you can close PO using  /SCA/PO_SET_CLOSED.

  • Procurement Scheduling Agreements in Heuristic-Based SNP

    Hi,
I have a question about Procurement Scheduling Agreements in Heuristic-Based SNP.  I was reading through
    <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_scm40/helpdata/en/d6/07783b12fc9f20e10000000a11402f/frameset.htm">this topic</a> in help.sap.com
The last paragraph: "If the confirmation quantity is less than ....... as described in step ", says that the first Heuristic run is executed, then plan is sent to supplier and he either changes  or confirms the supply qty Then if the qty. from the Heuristics result is more than what he can supply, the Heuristics run is rerun <u>"taking supplier capacity into consideration"</u>.
As far as I understand Heuristics, it is a qty. based rapid cross plat planning that do not take capacities into consideration. But here it's saying that the Heuristics is rerun taking capacities into consideration. That confuses me! Can somebody please explain this to me? What difference in the second run makes the Heuristics take capacity into consideration?
    Thank you.

    Hi Visu
SNP heuritics based planning involves heuristics(infinite) and heuristic based capacity levelling (with constraints) together.
the first run and second run are run with different settings. the first infinite and the second with the capacty constraint.
in the help page you refer to pl see point 2
    also see point 8 on http://help.sap.com/saphelp_scm40/helpdata/en/4a/563a18305211d3b6270000e82de178/content.htm -
you can set up capacity constraints and still run heuristics (the real meaning of heuristics being a set of rules)
the terms being used sure make it confusing

Check if your output type is present in the output type determination in the following path:
Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Messages -> Output Control -> Message Determination Schemas ->  Define Message Schema for Scheduling Agreement Release/Expediter
Also check the analysis tab while you check the SA release, it will give you clearer idea about the problem.

  • How can I cancel a scheduled text notification?

    Hi.
How can I cancel a scheduled text notification? There is no "Cancel" in the history panel. On the right side there's Status "Preparing" and that's it.
    Could you help me out?
    Best regards,
    Dennis

Login to Folio Producer > Notification. Click on cancel on relevant queued notification.
Click YES on warning popup. This would cancel the Scheduled text notification. Contact DPS Enterprise Support if you face any issues, contact information is avilable in DPS dashboard.

  • Scheduling agreement planning in APO

    Hi,
Currently I am planning in APO (SCM 5.1) and have scheduling agreement (type - APO Sch. Agree.)
Planning run created - Schedule lines and using transaction - /SAPAPO/PWBSCH1, create release.
Then I went to external procurement master data and clicked on SA release and executed Schedule line.
    I could see it green.
But if I check ECC, I don't see Schedules lines in agreement.
Do let me know if I am missing any steps or any configuration which I might have missed.
In the "Partner" tab within external procurement master data, I changed medium to "XML" and can see one failed IDOC.
How scheduling lines are released from APO to ECC? is it not standard "pulbication of planning result"
    Thanks
    Sharad

    Hi,
Thanks for all your replies, mentioned settings are already maintained and I did check all the queques for any error.
OLTP transfer setting is also maintained as immediate..so I don't need to transfer change pointers through report, as it should immediately be transferred to ECC.
My question is: We have report - create release (transaction - /SAPAPO/PWBSCH1) to release scheduling agreement, so I believe for scheduling agreement we need to use above transaction.
It seems to work, as I can see IDOC but its in failed status.
    I have following question:
    - Does scheduling line release work in a different way than purchase req, in APO. I did test with purchase req and it was immediately transferred to ECC.
Has somebody worked for schedule agreement scenario in APO?
    Any insights would be appreciated.
    Thanks
    Sharad
