How Soon Can I Get an Ordered Book?

I have a sociological photo book assignment due this monday. How soon can I receive it?
I'm planning on finishing and ordering the book by Thursday evening.
I think i heard that i can choose either Priority mail or Express mail.
I'm sure priority mail is 2-3 days but is express mail overnight?

Books ordered from your areas are shipped from Elk Grove. The iPhoto Book ordering window offers 2 shipping options--standard and express. The cost for the express was about twice that of standard, but the 'ships in 2-3 business days' statement was the same for both choices.
I have always used the standard shipping, and from the time I placed the order until receipt of the books has been about 5 days.
I think you are overly optimistic (and quite a bit unrealistic) to think that you can order a book on a Thursday night and have it to turn in for your assignment by Monday!
You CAN save the book as a PDF file and print the pages yourself so you can have something to turn in prior to getting the book:
Select 'Print' under the File menu bar. After the automatic 'Assembling book' you will see a print screen that has an option for PDF on the lower left. It is a dropdown bar, so you choose 'Save as PDF' and the location for the file. You can then print the file.

I've just signed up to a new infinity broadband package which includes this BTwifi business. My services are being put in until the 8th of Feb (Too long to wait without the internet ) but when can I actually start using the BT wifi service?
Do I have to wait until my services are actually installed or can I use the BT wifi service straight away?

Is this for a BT Residential Infinity product or a BT Business Infinity product?
I know that if it's a BT Residential broadband product then your @btinternet username and password will not become active till your broadband activation day, therefore you will not be able to use your free BTWifi access till the username has become active.
You can though, pay for BTWifi access in the mean time.
The above applies for BT Retail Residential Broadband products, not quite sure about BT Business products.

How can I get the address book to sort by "Last" name (using v 31.3.0).

After a computer crash, I had to load Thunderbird (v31.3.0) back into my machine running Windows 8.1, and I successfully imported my address book back up file into Thunderbird (v31.3.0).
My problem is that I don't see an option to sort the address book by "Last" name, which was available with the version of Thunderbird I had before the crash.
How can I get the address book to sort by "Last" name?

In 'Address Book'
Select address book
'View' > 'Show name as' > 'Last/First'
The you can sort by Name.
Either click on 'Name' column header to change sort order,
If reversed, then click on 'Name' column header again to reverse the order.
Or
'View' > 'Sort By' > choose 'Name' and 'Ascending'

OT ~ We keep becoming more and more aware of how easy it is to lose one's bearings when it comes to keeping up with info tech. A couple of old MP3 players, PPC G5, and a vintage Inspiron 3800 that someone didn't want any more is about it. No cell phone, no iPod, no iPad, no home wireless network, no streaming media. Fixed income. So we do with what we can as long as we can. If we could get by without that Intel processor, we'd probably make do with what we've got. On the other hand, we've really wanted a notebook for a very long time and have to admit that needing to upgrade to accomodate my husband's project is pretty much just the "reason" we need. I really mean it when I say that we are beyond appreciative that users take the time to share info and patiently educate those of us who fall into the "slow tech" category.

in the iPhoto preferences change the print products country to the UK and give it a try - there may be some restirctions on billing but it has worked for some people

Audiobooks are not currently available for repeat download from iTunes in the Cloud. Your audiobook should have transferred to your iTunes library when you synced your device.
You will need to contact support through the "Report a problem" links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

It is the same in the latest version 7.0.2. You can shut off the saving and auto filling of passwords by clicking in the menu bar at the top Safari > Preferences and then select Autofill and uncheck the passwords box. Also check the next pane as well.

Things i had to set manually;
1) Keyboard layout, because it defaults to US
2) Two mouse keys don't work had to manually set, Emulate3Buttons defaults on (wanted it off)
3) "VideoOverlay" is off by default (or is not auto detected)
3) needed to set DPI to 96
4) needed to set color to 24 (defaulted to 8?)
apart from that, the auto detection is vastly improving IMO.
The main premise behind this, is to debate the auto detection capabilities of hardware by xorg.

If you remove the names then you may have a problem with organizing or searching for bookmarks.<br />
If you do not want to use the extension then you can achieve the same effect with code in userChrome.css<br />
That is what I would do.
Add code to userChrome.css below the @namespace line.
