1. Make a bootable system floppy disk by typing [FORMAT A:/S] from the DOS prompt.
2. Download the BIOS file from MSI web page.
3. Extract the BIOS file into the bootable floppy.
4. Boot up system with the bootable floppy disk.
5. Run Award (Ex. Awdfl770) or AMI (Ex. amifl822.exe) Flash utility & follow the on-screen
   instructions.
6. After flashing the BIOS, reboot system, press [DEL] to go into BIOS setup.
7. Select [Load Setup Default] for or [Load Optimized Defaults] and press Key [Enter] and
   press Key [Y].
8. Press Key [F10] than answer [Y] to reboot system again and finish upgrade procedure.
I think this F10 key (above) is (a shortcut key for [save & exit] inside BIOS).

    Please don't tell me to use adobe flash player, it is not compatible with ipad, but it used to work nevertheless.

    Facebook videos are still working for me in the Facebook App (using iOS 7.0.6).
    Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
    Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
    Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).

    Can any one explain how the Requests deletion in an ODS & Cube works & differs?

    It works in the normal way as you delete a request but following are the differences between them
    1) If you try to delete a request from the ODS, all the requests which are loaded after this request also get deleted, and in the cube its not.
    2) You cannot delete a request from the ODS once its change log has been deleted, similary you cannot delete a request from the cube that has been compressed.
    3) you can delete overlapping requests from a Cube. but in ODS its not possible.

  • How the invocation between process and sub-process work?

    As I have read throught some posts here and know that the web service whicn is used to trigger the process is asynchronous.
    so is the invocation between process and its sub-process asynchronous using web service?
    supposed there is a process like below:
    Start Event -
    >Sub-Process ->Automated Task-->EndEvent
    I have some confused questions:
    1: is it asyn to invoke the subprocess?
    2: if the invocation is asyn, is the next "Automated Task" triggerred before the completion of the nested subprocess? It seems to be, but it is not so reasonable.
    3: if the invocation is asyn, how the process get the return value of the nested subprocess?

    Hi John,
    the invocation of sub-processes is done via an internal runtime mechanism and not via normal Web Service call.
    The sub-process call is synchronous, so the calling process is waiting for the reply from the sub-process. There are a few things to keep in mind when using sub-processes:
    If you are branching off parallel execution paths (via a split gateway) within the sub-process and are using a regular end event, only the first token arriving at the end event will return to the calling process. The sub-process will keep running until either the last of its tokens flows into the end event or until the calling process is being terminated. In any case, the calling process will not react to any more tokens arriving at the sub-processes end event.
    If you are using parallelism within the sub-process, but want it to terminate once the first token arrives the end, use a terminating end event in the sub-process.
    Don't use the correlation condition at the start event of a sub-process. If this condition evaluates to 'false', the sub-process will never be started, but the calling process will wait forever for a reply.
    If you want the sub-process call to behave asynchronously, you can model the sub-process to split off a token to the execution path where it does the actual work and have another straight path directly from the split gateway to the (non-terminating) end event. That way the calling process will continue right away, but of course you cannot expect any response coming out of the sub-process.
    Best regards,
    Oliver

  • How the hell do I force flash my bios back to b3

    Dear all,
    got a k7n2 board and put a well reknowned modded bios fromn this board on it, its was not stable so now I want to return to the b3 bios, I cant for the life of me get it to flash, it keeps saying flash rom is write protected, I cant get round it by the /f command at all. any one one ideas please its driving me potty.
    cheers
    brummie

    K7N2 Delta2? I can't say very much you don't already know, I guess.
    How do you notice the instability? If someone like Bosskiller, the maker of many modded BIOSes, learns what you tried you might get some hints as to where the problem is.
    There should be a space before "/f" switch.
    Clear CMOS with power cable unplugged or set fail-safe defaults before starting.
    In some cases the original BIOS update wasn't completely successful, in which case you have to redo. That is a general thing; if not completely installed, software could be hard to completely uninstall.

    How to get a home page and how to get back to it when going to a web site
    Browse to the page you want to have as your Home Page. Now open your Safari Preferences ("Edit > Preferences" if you've got your Menu Bar up ... otherwise Ctrl-comma).
    In the general preferences tab, in the "New Windows open with" drop-down menu, select "Homepage" as per the following screenshot:
    Next, click the "Set to current page" button shown in the following screenshot:
    Close the preferences. Quit and relaunch Safari. Are you opening to your desired homepage now?
    To get back to your Homepage from another window, you could try the Ctrl-Shift-H keyboard shortcut. Otherwise, if you have your Menu bar up, you could go "History > Home".
    Alternatively, if you want a "Home" button to get back to your Homepage, you can get one by bring up your Menu Bar, going "View > Customise Toolbar ..." and dragging a Home button onto your Toolbar. (The Toolbar is the line with the URL and Search fields in it.)

    i'm using 865P neo with MSI MX440SE-T(8788) 64mb graphic card. i realized that my PC boot up without the graphic card information page. if i'm not wrong, noramlly when PC boot up the first screen we see will be the black screen with all the graphic crad information after that then is the bios page. i don't see all these graphic card information since day 1. is my PC set-up having a problem or the 865p neo don't support that function? thank.

    ya, i had disabled that. i think what i mean should be the "video bios info on POST". i did posted my question in other forums and so of the guys told me it is normal for some PC that don't show the video bios post and its is nothing to worry about actually...

  • Need to know how the AUTO BCC feature works on T-Mobile USA

    HI,
    am hoping to get an explanation on how the Auto BCC on T-Mobile USA works in the background. I have an 8900 that is setup on exchange using T-Mobile account settings and uses the Outlook Web access email.
    When emails are sent from the device, a copy gets sent to the sent items which is fine.  I would like to know that if I use the auto BCC within T-Mobile if those email are being sent from exchange or the Blackberry servers in Canada?  Also will the emails that are forwarded be sent to the sent item of the exchange server?
    thank you in advance

    Hi teckystuff,
    Is your email is integrated in your BlackBerry Internet Service account as an OWA account?  If so, when you are sending from your BlackBerry you are still sending from your exchange account. Your device is using the BlackBerry Internet Service to communicate with your exchange account so the BCC sent from your device email integration is still being sent from your exchange email account whether on the device or from Outlook or OWA. Any email you send or forward from your device should be posted to your sent items folder on exchange.

  • How does "Derive Territory" action in Account screen work?

    Hey all,
    Does anyone have idea on how the action "Derive Territory" in Account screen work?
    Is it based on Rules(in the Decision table) of already completed "Realignment Runs"? I observed that it is picking up based on State of Account.
    If yes, is there any way that I can configure this Decision table apart from Realignment Run creation screen?
    How is this intelligence to pick a Territory based on Geographic location included here? Is it picking from same Decision table? Coz we don't define these geographic positions while defining a territory. We just give names. Am I going wrong anywhere here?

    Thanks for the tip Janina but it didn't help me unfortunately. From the screenshot below (taken from page# 234), I can go with the assumption that I already have but I need a confirmation on that.

    Edited by: user10243788 on Apr 25, 2010 6:12 AMPointing the archive log dest (and/or the FRA) to a new location, or enlarging them, will do no good if you are not performing regular housekeeping on the archivelogs. You will just keep knocking down the same problem over and over.
    If you simply delete the archivelogs at the OS level, the database will never know about it and it will continue to think the destination is full, based on records kept in the control file.
    For regular housekeeping, you need to be doing something similar to this in rman:
    run {
      backup archivelog all not backed up 1 times tag='bkup_vlnxora1_arch';
      delete noprompt archivelog all backed up 1 times to device type disk;
    run {
    delete noprompt obsolete;
    crosscheck archivelog all;
    delete noprompt expired archivelog all;
