I am a student of BCS n final year n my final project is remote desktop capture of a pc using its ip from a mobile under nokia 6600 series.... I am new at this expecially java..
can u guide me because i have searched a lot and could not find any help.

I have done some research work too n the module is divided into
1. Communication between PC n application server
2. Communication between application server n wap gateway
3. Communication between way gateway and mobile
Can anyone help/give a hint of how to proceed or what techonology to follow

Hi Amit,
don't understand how this calculation result can be caused. In general it should be:
for a role: (hours - hours already assigned to resource) * role rate
+ hours assigned to resource * resource rate (is assigned in the business partner)

whenever you deploy a new composite it gets stored in the MDS data
store, i.e. the metadata service and not the dehydration store (the
SOAINFRA database).
Composer works directly with the MDS schema.
EM reads the same schema (MDS) to see what composite are deployed on the
partitions.
All runtime instance data is stored in the SOAINFRA database.

I am considering upgrading my LabView software from 6i to 6.1 for the new "two click" remote front panel feature. I have already seen a demo of this feature but have just a few questions before I get the upgrade:
My setup consists of several pieces of equipment connected to Labview via GPIB, to aid in the evaluation of a new microchip.
1. I wish to grant control of the setup to anyone with a web browser, Is the remote monitoring feature compatible with both Netscape and IE?
2. The VI which controls the setup is currently located on the PC beside my setup. When I embed a VI in a remote front panel, where does the processing take place, is the local VI still controlling the setup? and
the remote panel just sending and receiving data from the local VI.

The computer which we refer to as the server, the one with the GPIB card
in your case, will execute as it does now. In fact, its window will
even be open. The remote client computer, the one with the web browser
will be running the runtime engine and processing user events, value
change and property/method events from the server. So in reality, both
computers will be sharing the load a bit. This allows for very small
packets to be sent between the computers. It is in fact quite similar
to publishing the data between the computers using datasocket.
One thing to keep in mind. Standard LV includes a license for one
connection. If you want to allow for multiple web browsers to view at
the same time, additional licenses are available. Also, only one user,
remote or server may be in control of the panel at a time. That means
that if you want to be able to operate the panel, changing kn
obs or
flipping switches, the others will become viewers only until you give up
control. Hopefully this isn't a surprise, but I thought you might want
to hear about it now.

First you need to create object dependencies (CU01). Then these dependencies are to be assigned to BOM items in bill of material create / change mode(CS01/CS02). For this you need to select a component / BOM item and click 'Allocations' button.(Select BOM item + cntr F1)

When frequently switching between mobile and desktop view

When I frequently switching between mobile and desktop view I have to open the layers every time since they get closed/collapsed. Adobe may need to fix it for the next version.

You can use CTRL+# to switch between Code and Design View.
By the way, this is the Dreamweaver Application Development forum which deals with questions about using server-side scripting languages like PHP or ColdFusion. General Dreamweaver questions should be posted in the regular Dreamweaver General Discussions forum.

How to sync my iphone to my MacBook Pro and vice versa as it no longer seems to be doing? When I initially set up everything it worked fine; however, now my contacts are not syncing between devices?
I have Icloud and even paid for ectra storage to see if this was the issue but it doesnt seems to be. When I try and view devices on my itunes to sync it will not allow - blank option?

I don't know how you got to your current position, but you might want to start by replacing your calendar with your MacBook Pro calendar if it is correct (if it isn't, skip this): first disable calendar syncing on your phone (Settings>iCloud>Calendars set to OFF), then prior to syncing open iTunes on your computer and disable automatic syncing (under Preferences>Devices>Disable...from syncing automatically syncing). Next connect your phone and set your sync settings on the Info tab to Syc Calendars with iCal, and below under Advanced choose "Replace Information on this iPhone" and check Calendars. Now sync and this will hopefully replicate your MacBook calendar on your iPhone.
Next, carefully review this to see that you have correctly set up iCloud on both your phone and your MacBook: http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/, and that your meet the minimum system requirements (latest version of iOS on your phone, latest version of iTunes, OSX Lion 10.7.2 or later).

The original wants to change from Freelist management to Automatic Segment Space management - the URL you supplied is about converting from Dictionary Managed tablespaces (DMT) to Locally Managed tablespaces (LMT).
In passing - the article you reference says: First, MAKE sure to take a full backup of the tablespace and all related tablespaces (inter-tablespace referential integrity) before running this procedure:. There's no such thing as 'tablespace referential integrity', but (a) it would be a good idea to make sure that no-one else is using the database whilst you do a conversion, and (b) it's the system tablespace that holds the data dictionary so that's the one other (really important) tablespace you have to back up before starting.

Use the methods GET_TEXT_AS_R3TABLE / SET_TEXT_AS_R3TABLE and then you will have to use the SAVE_TEXT to store in the database.
The GET_TEXT_AS_R3TABLE method will give you back a internal in which text, in which text on the screen is existing. Similarly once you fetch the data from database using READ_TEXT, use the method SET_TEXT_AS_R3TABLE to put the text on the screen.
These methods belong to class CL_GUI_TEXTEDIT class.

I dont think you can do that within BI. How about the same in other way like if there are new items in your webcat notify it using batch file or .sh script or any other way.

I am new to java mobile, and in javafx I worked on desktop and browser but no mobile yet, I just created a simple mobile application, now i want to know how to let it work inside mobile, is there a way through webstart using some kind of mobile browser?

You can change your project settings in netbeans to make netbeans start the mobile emulator so that you can test your app. After compilation netbeans creats a new folder in your project called "dist". From there you could take the .jad and .jar file and transfer it to a JavaFX capable mobile phone and run it.
But there is not much information around the net which phones are working atm. The HTC Diamond should do if you got one ;)

Since I am new to hyperion i need to know some details about Essbase.Last month we faced one issue.Whenever a data load takes place it clears the previous years data and loads only loads the current years data.May i know the reason for this.

I m okay with above statements ... Now i am going to add something else..
Above mentioned in how many ways we can load the data from different files..now what am i trying to say is we can also use "Calc script" to load the data...
You know how?
thru "Datacopy" we can load the data value(s) into another member(s)..You can see in session dialogue box while running the Calc script (Which it contains the "Datacopy") that will show data load in progress..
And also make sure that every time you won't do copy the data from SQL,Excel..etc ... it may be you can have the situation to copy the data from one server to another server...think in that way will be another good advantage for you..
