How the "Run Payroll upto" field(P0003-ABWD1) in IT0003 getting updated

Hi,
1.I want to know how the "Run Payroll upto" field(P0003-ABWD1) in IT0003 getting updated apart from manual entry?
2.Is there any user exit which could update that field?
3.Will any entry made in IT0015 update that field?

Hi,
as I see it, this date allows you to create a payroll for an employee even if he left (is fired).
When you have to give him additional payment after his leave (normally via infotyp 15) you have to set this date in order to get the payroll done.
Updates in infotype 15 will not normally set this date automatically, but you can use PBAS0001 as Ahmad mentioned.

PS: Maybe you can use dynamic measures to do the update when leave is initiated via specific measure.

Can you check if Note "1047952 - SCC4: Client settings with enhanced security options "is applied to your system.
as per it , you can put additional restrtictions for modifying SCC4 (table T000) fields ,a BadI will be checked additionally.

I have been using sync on all previous phones to date without issue, I have had the 5s since Nov 2014 and no issue, on Sunday without warning or changes to my phone or Outlook sync now has this error.
I have restored my phone but still has same problem.

KINAK field in Table KONV not getting updated with value W

Hi,
I have a PO where I am deleting a line item.
After I delet line item the field KINAK in table KONV gets updated with value W.
But I am getting instance where in some cases the field KINAK is not getting updated.
The result is deleted line item is getting populated in PO output also.

KINAK is updated only when a Condition is inactive ! So when a item is deleted the condition becomes inactive and gets updated with 'W' which means statistical(not to be counted)
A     Condition exclusion item
K     Inactive due to calculation basis/shipping material type
L     Condition exclusion header or inactive at header level
M     Inactive due to manual entry
T     Inactive at header level
W     The document item is statistical
X     Inactive via formulae of incorrect
X     Inactive via formulae of incorrect
Y     Inactive because of subsequent price

For this person how can I run payroll?
Help me with the steps from begin of employee hiring to the employee payroll run.

How do i uninstall a purchased app (that no longer appears in the purchased app list in the store) so that i can repurchase and have the app appear as "purchased" so that i can get updates as the software is updated periodically?

I am looking for some help with the app store. I recently purchased an app (aperture) in the app store and subsequently apple refunded the purchase price. However, the downside of this is that aperture no longer appears as a "purchased" app within my app store account. Accordingly, i don't believe i will get updates as the software is updated periodically. Apple has instructed me to delete all my aperture files, reboot and then revisit the app store to re-download and it should let me pay for the app and redownload just as if i had never had the app before. However, when i go to purchase aperture, i get a warning that it has already been purchased and that i can re-download for free. That sounds great but again it won't appear in the "purchased" list in the app store b/c of the original refund from apple. I never thought i would have this much trouble trying to pay someone for a product!
Questions:
Is the app store looking to my hard drive for traces of aperture to determine whether it has been purchased or is it looking at some kind of purchase history within the app store?
Is there anyway to wipe my hard drive clean of aperture files or wipe clean my app store purchase history so that i can start over?
If none of this is possible, does anyone have a possible solution?

1. Do you have a backup connected to your Mac that contains the app? If so, yes the MAS can detect that and believes that the app is installed.
2. If the app no longer appears in the purchase history on the Purchased pane in the MAS, then it would seem that Apple has taken care of that.
4. Updates, such as you describe are free. Upgrades are not. An upgrade is a new paid version of the app, such as v 3.0 to v 4.0.

Custom field in BP_PDBGP table not getting updated

i am working in Contract management in SRM 7.0 Pack 6. I have aadded a custom field in partner table which appears in the partner table of contract header. It is a checkbox. when i check it the value gets saved in BBPPDBGP table for the first time after that if i try to uncheck it the value is not getting updated. I checked in the BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI, the value which is getting passed is correct but it doesn't update the databse accordingly.
Any suggestions? is this a standard bug?

Thanks a lot for your suggestion.
Where should i check? If the data passing to BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI is correct then that means at the webdynpro side there should not be any problem and as per the standard after doc_change also it should save properly. i also checked the badi there is not dependent coding done over there. DOC_SAVE badi is also inactive for contract business object. Hence, i am not getting any clue where could be the problem.
Let me know if you want more details inorder to analyse this problem.

New field in substituted VO not getting updated !!

I want to add a new field to an existing page which was not yet available in the EO and in the VO. Therefore I created a new EO, created an association link (1 to 1) to the orginial EO and substituted the VO.
I can show the newly added field on the page and the value seems correct but when I try to update it, it is not getting updated, however I don't receive any error message at all. I have generated the VORowImpl class, but it does not seem to be working somehow. Do I need to substitute more than just the VO?
Am I forgetting something? What do I need to do to make it updateable?

The attribute I added to the VO is not transient, but calculated. I can see this in the attribute mapping. Querying the value is not a problem but the update is not doing anything.
Any idea why?

How the Partner Bank type field in Customer master is used ??

Hi,
When 2 bank accounts are maintained in the customer master. In the Bank type field ( Partner Bank type), I give X and Y for these 2 bank accounts.
When an invoice is raised for this customer thru Sales order, I am not able to give this partner bank type i.e X or Y in the Invoice, since the invoice is automatically created.
If I raise thru FB70, I am able to give this X or Y.
How can I use this Partner Bank type field when I raise sales invoice thru Sales order.
Can anyone help me on this as early as possible.

We have executed an automatic payment run in F110. Status of payment proposal and payment run are successful. Postings orders: 1 generated and 1 completed.
However, the payment method used in the payment run is incorrect. Instead of 'D', the user mistakenly inputted C. Kindly advise what is the purpose of Payment method in F110 and what will happen if the payment method used is incorrect and different from the one maintained in the vendor master.

I did get to the library by connecting my ipod to desktop. I want to buy a song, it asks me to log in (I know I'm already logged in) I log in again and an error 'no connection' comes up? How much time it takes for a job status to get updated in to TBTCO table?

We have a program that fetches the Job count and job name from a third party tool(UC4) and then searches for the status of the job in the TBTCO table.
In some rare cases we found that the TBTCO table had not updated with the Job details when the call was made to it.
Do we have any SAP scheduler settings which determines after a particular time the status gets refreshed in the TBTCO table once the job is triggered?

hi may be checking Sy-subrc and using wait for X seconds should be a convenient way to code.
I doubt if there is any schedule to update the table..

Run payroll simulation in ABAP and get the payroll result in ABAP

Is there anyway I can simulate the payroll for a particular payperiod and employee in ABAP and then get the pay result for it in ABAP?

I doubt it. If you run payroll in simulation mode then no clusters gets created. This means no physical commit on DB takes places once results are generated. On the other hand capturing the results in flow is not probably achieveable too. This would mean interfering in payroll inner calucation or capturing them at the end (once results are dispalyed). You can of course send them to spool but importing its content to ABAP would be meaningless as the output is in tree form.
So in my opinion there is no such way.
