How to access my backed up icloud files

I can't seem to figure out ...how to access my i-cloud account where my files have been backed up? I went into some i-cloud acct, but it does not have access to my files.

You can access all your iCloud data from within the apps on your phone (contacts, calendars, etc.). You can't access an iCloud backup except to restore it to your device.

On your iMac launch iTunes and at the top next to the Apple symbol click iTunes > Preferences > Devices and tell me what you see. You last sync should be there showing only a device name. If you have an older backup it will be there as well the difference is it will be the device name with a date and time stamp. Sync and backups are two different things and there is a chance iTunes made a backup the first time you hooked up your iPhone 5.

What do you mean by "change back" your iCloud ID?
You can go to Settings>iCloud and siong out of existing account and sign into a new one.

You cannot view Photos stored on your iCloud by visiting iCloud.com but to view iCloud Photos on your Computer you will need iCloud Control Panel for Windows to be downloaded and installed on your computer and Enable Photostream on your iOS Device. The iphone is designed to be synced to your computer or cloud service regularly. If she failed to do this, then they are likely gone.

Well, Google Play wants to have my entire music library, Apple's ever at the ready with iTunes/iCloud/Match, and now I've even gotten solicitations from Amazon which has a "Cloud MP3 Player" with purchases ready to download that I made from Amazon in 2010, before I ever dreamed of getting MP3 files instead of a physical CD. I mean the liner notes had the lyrics to the songs right? Well, I enjoy looking at lyrics. Anyways, . . .

Yes, one solution is to use both Google's and Apple's services and just duplicate everything everywhere. But, I'd just like to settle on iTunes/iCloud solution, but I have a brand new Android phone that I want to use. The iPhone 5 screen doesn't come close to my Motorola Droid RAZR Max HD! :-) Sorry, all you iPhone folks. You have all the app's., so I have to latch on to somethine for a reason why I stayed with Android!

Apple is pretty much the only one who does not support other platforms and it will be their downfall in the future. I have bought a few hundred tracks (and one movie) from iTunes before the competition started to catch up. Their Cloud service just came into Finland but I've already moved on to others. I've also bought music from Spotify, Nokia Music and Xbox Music. I've been a subscriber of Nokia Music, Xbox Music and now Google Music. I'm also a Netflix subscriber and I have a local IPTV service that also provides movie rentals from various providers - and guess what, they also work on all platforms.
The reality is that today was the first time in a long long time that I've actually even bothered to open iTunes. Lack of platform support will destroy iTunes in the long run. Apple is starting to look like Microsoft once did. Today you can even get Office for almost every platform - even mobile devices.
Limited access and/or features is also one of the biggest reasons that turn people away from legit services. DRM protected music was the reason I had over 20,000 MP3s before it was removed from iTunes. When that happened I deleted all the old files and became a honest, paying customer.

Hi, i just upgraded my software to 2.1 and i had to restore from scratch (could not use my back up because it was "corrupted") so now i don't have my old contacts, pictures, ect. how can i get this back without having to restore everything (something i can't do anyways, as mentioned before)

This property apply to one of my screen.
If I want to access the value of the custom property in .vm.
How to access that value. I tried using screen.getTest() but it doesn't return anything for me.

how to access the photos which i saved in i cloud, from my iPhone 5,
Note: i do not use any PC. and i only have purchased 20 GB of space on an annual sub. so as to save my photos, and create space in my phone and now i am unable to access it,

There isn't really a way to "save" photos to iCloud currently with non-beta software.
iCloud is involved with photos in 2 ways -- backup and Photo Stream.
Backup of an iOS device includes Camera Roll photos but they cannot be viewed at iCloud.com -- the backup can only be used when doing a restore of an iOS device.
Photo Stream photos also cannot be viewed at iCloud.com; Photo Stream is designed as a method of transferring photos from one device to another and is not designed to store the photos. More info http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4486

You don't need to access iCloud Drive on the iPad because everything that is in iCloud Drive is already on the iPad. iCloud Drive keeps your documents in sync across devices and it can be accessed using a web browser on a computer in iCloud.com. However, as I already stated, there is no need to access iCloud.com on the iPad since everything in iCloud is on the iPad.
If you insist on trying, identify Safari or any other browser that you have on the iPad as a desktop browser and then you will be able to get into iCloud.com. If your experience is anything like my experience using iCloud,com on the iPad, you will have mixed results at best. I suggest that you just use Pages, Numbers or Keynote on the iPad since those same documents are also in iCloud Drive.
You can set Safari as a desktop browser by tapping in the url field and then pull down on the favorites screen to get to Request Desktop Site.
