I have a W530 with the H5321GW mobile adaptor. How do I check for/access SMS messages on this?
W530 / 3720QM / K2000M / 32GB / Samsung 830 256G / FHD w/color sensor

I like PhoneView (Mac). TouchCopy (Mac or PC) also gets recommended.

I'm agree with db.
there is no way to access sms on port 0 from j2me application, BUT...
You can send sms to a different port and receive them on the same port. For this you must have two application, one on sender side and another on receiver side, which send/receive on a predefined port..
You can find code for sending and recieving sms to a perticular port in WTK 2.2 samples..

Meanwhile I know that this table is accessible via se16 with the name "T100". The name of the table was my problem...

this web service provides sms service through india.
But it can only work :If your mobile number is 098XXXXXXXX ,Please enter as 98XXXXXXXX
Create a view with two input fields (ToMobilenumber, from mail Addrees)
Create a textedit Elemnt (Message).
Create a button set the parameters to your web service and execute it.

How to retrieve SMS messages

HOw do you retrieve old SMS messages

I was dealing with this last week. On a mobile phone, you use an email center number. This is not the same as an SMS message center number. Your carrier may not call it this. Cingular calls it a routing number. Anyway, its a three digit number. For Cingular its 121, on VoiceStream, its 500.
So, you must set up your phone's SMS client to know that its email center number is xxx. Different on each phone, I suppose. Once done, you start your sms message with an email address, then a space, then your message. Essentially, the carrier will get the message and send it to the email recipient for you.
Its just the inverse of what you have done. You send email to an address [email protected] and the carrier passes the email to the phone as SMS, right?
So for your computer to get the SMS message, it just listens to the email box the phone user places in the first part of their sms message (use Java Mail)

I am having File IDOC scenario and also we are having dynamic interface determination where base on some particular value in file we are generating two different IDOCs. The overall scenario is working fine.
Now in SXMB_moni I am getting one parent node and under that there are two sub nodes. Also for there are 3 different message ID (one for parent and 2 for sub node.) .
If we scroll sxmb_moni screen (<b>in alv grid</b>) there we are finding Message ID and Parent Message ID for sub node. I am able to access message id for subnode but <b>not able to access Parent Message ID</b>.
To access message ID, I am using following UDF.

How to send SMS Message with Automator

I find the Action listed but I don't know where I type my message.

I discovered that I have to add the action Ask for Text prior to the Send SMS Message. Also, I found it odd that I am sending to my iPHone which is AT&T here in the US, but I have to choose Cingular from the carrier dropdown before the text comes through.

with above code, you will be able to read the response from body. also no need to add messages to header that I mentioned in earlier reply.

the exception raised:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Root element of a SOAP message must be: 'htt

And the xml file is:

</env:Envelope>

The problem is that your DocumentBuilderFactory is not set to be namespace aware. If add a call to factory.setNamespaceAware(true) that should fix your problem.
