How to actiavte CIN?

I got a task to activate the CIN concept in SAP ECC6.0 i have no idea on this, it is present in Application tool bar of XD02 screen .
please help me in achieveing this task.

There is no need to activate the cin In the ECC 6.
But you have to activate for your fiscal year.

How does a CIN code works in LabVIEW?

hi..can any one explain as to how a CIN code (written in c/c++) works in LabVIEW.Do we have to import the c/c++ file too when we import the respective VI? How does the CIN code work in an exe file without having to load the C/C++ code?

When you create the VI that calls the CIN you load the binary object code into the code interface node itself and it's stored as part of the VI. Hence you don't need to include anything special in your build. Mike...

How to access CIN tab in BDC for xk01

I am developing a program using BDC of xk01,but the CIN tab which holds PAN in this transaction is not being accessed if I run the bdc in N mode.When I am running it in A mode,upon manually clicking the CIN tab the further proceedings are working fine. Please suggest how do I automate the access for CIN tab.

1. Go to XK01.
2. Go to CIN tab which holds PAN number.
3. Check F1 details for that particular Field. Note the Program Name & Screen Number (for Batch Input)
For eg : see the fig,
4. Now go to your BDC report, locate the recording regarding for above fields.
PERFORM bdc_dynpro      USING 'SAPMV45A' '4003'.
PERFORM bdc_field          USING 'BDC_OKCODE'
                                        '=T\05'.
Here, '=T\05' stands for Tab number 5. Count the tab number in your CIN screen. If it comes at position 6. then Change the above line of code as follows.
PERFORM bdc_dynpro      USING 'SAPMV45A' '4003'.
PERFORM bdc_field          USING 'BDC_OKCODE'
                                        '=T\06'.

How system will pick the rates of Exice, Sales & TDS.

How to add CIN condition types in Purchase Order Report

Hi,
I'm developing a purchase order report using smart forms. I have add the conditions: BED, ECess, SECess and VAT.
Where from I can get each of the above values.
I was told that I can get break up of CIN Tax through following Link
1.) EKKO-KNUMV <-> KNOV-KNUMV
2.) KNOV-KNUMH <-> KNOP-KNUMH
But in Link No 2 I'm not able to find any values.

All BED, ECess, SECess and VAT should be calculated manually based on the net value of the purchase order & Company noms. I guess, we cannot get them directly.

Hi,
Maintain UserID which you want to see CIN details tab in transaction OMT3E under User Screen Reference.
Maintain User ID --- Under Name column
Maintain * --- under Sref: column
It should work for sure, come back in case of any problems

How could a cin lose object code?

I am currently using the System Exec.vi. For some reason the object code is now gone. Was there ever a problem with cin losing their object code.

In order for LabVIEW to be capable of calling compiled functions of C from a running VI, the code must be loaded and unloaded into memory at the same time as the VI code itself. LabVIEW uses object code in the form of a .lsb file which is generated by the C compiler from the C source code using the ntlvsbm.mak file. This ntlvsbm.mak file is included in the CINtools directory in the LabVIEW folder. Do you have this file in this folder?
I've attached this file from my LabVIEW 7 folder.

Please try with CMD: REFRESH_DATA. You can find this under 'Commands for Planning Application'.
Otherwise, you can take Action as : SCRIPT_FUNCTION and give "javascript:location.reload(true)" under Script Function.

Create 2 tax codes in T-code FTXP
1 for VAT, 2nd for CST
then you define 2 condition types in v/06,
ex:ZVAT,ZCST
place these 2 condition types in your pricing procedure in V/08
And in VK11 maintaine condition records.

A CIN problem

Hello everyone！I was bothered by a CIN problem today.
The .c program is very simple,only to experience how to use CIN.
The .lsp file was made successfully,however,it couldn't be loaded. After chosen the"Load Code Resouce" and confirmed the .lsp file,I ran and there was an error:
"This Code Interface Node has no code to execute. Right-click the node, select Load Code Resource from the shortcut menu, and select the object code file (.lsb)."
Why?please help me!!!

You keep talking about .lsp but it is in fact .lsb. Do you use a command line script (*.lvm) to do the compilation or a VC project? If the latter have you added a custom step to convert the DLL into an LSB by the lvsbutil tool?
Last but not least: CINs are a legacy technology. They have been replaced by the Call Library Node calling DLL funcitons directly a long time ago and there is no good reason to develop CINs in the latest LabVIEW versions anymore. But there are several disadvantages to CINs in comparison to DLLs, so don't spend time to learn CINs but go with DLLs instead.

Differences in CIN management between Labview 5.0 and Labview 7.1 ?

Hi,
I'm using a VI on a two photon microscope. It steers the laser beam in the sample (quite the same way as a TV scan, scanning a fast line on the X axis, then moving the line down) controlling two mirrors by the PCI-MIO-16E-4 Multifunctions card on traditional DAQ and at the same time it serves as the acquitision through a non-NI DSP Multifunction-board with on-board buffers and hight data throughput (70 Mb/s).
It is this part of the program which gives us strong headaches since we have upgraded to a new PC.
On the old machine we used Win2k and Labview 5.0; on the new machine we planned to use WinXP Pro and Labview 7.1.
The acquisition part of the VI uses 2 CINs. One is used to configure the FPGA on the Multifunctions board at initialization.
The second CIN reads he buffers received from the board and puts them into the shape of an image.
Now since we tried in WinXP Pro and Labview 7.1, we get some kind of weird bugs. Either there is a big problem concerning the synchronization of the mirros with the acquisition or with the image reconstruction. We have already tried :
1. Putting everything back into the old machine to verify there has not been any damage to the boards. OK
2. Using the boards in the new machine but with Win2000 and Labiew 5.0, just to be sure that there are no conflicting elements in the hardware. OK
As we wanted to check everything slowly but surely we then installed LV 7.1 on the new machine but still with Win2k. And here the problem appears !
First we thought the drivers for the Multifunctions board (ATEME Adr128C6x) were not compatible with WinXP Pro, so at this point we were quite surprised to notice the problem seems to be caused by the upgrade from LV 5.0 to 7.1 !
Now, finally my question is : Are there any major changes in how Labview handles CINs between LV5.0 and 7.1 ?

Anyhow, we found the problem on our own. For anyone else experiencing this kind of behaviour :
The problem did not have anything to do with our CINs, nor with XP.
In fact, we have noticed that the Analog Ground the Digital Ground had to be connected. For some kind of reason in LabView 5.0 this did not introduce the problem. But in Labview 7.1 the sync, because of a somewhat unstable Ground, it caused complete disfunctionment. We don't know why but, hey, the problem is gone.
