I buy an iPhone on internet, I receive it and he work perfectly. But I have a problem, when I put my SIM card I've got a screen for activate the iPhone with the old Apple account. I can't know who is the person sell the iPhone to me because I buy it on an referent website.
How to activate it with MY Apple account ?

The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required.

If you did not sign out of your Apple ID on your iPhone before creating a new one, then you will need to sign back in with your previous Apple ID and then sign out. If you do not remember your password and do not have access to the email account, then you can reset your password by using the security questions.

You can't. That's the new security feature of iOS7 that users (and others) requested to prevent stolen devices from being restored by theives and reused. Contact the "store" you purchased your phone from and see what they say.

Sorry, you can't. If your phone is carrier locked, you will need a sim card from that carrier, to activate it.

I don't know of there is anyone than can fix this age old Apple problem. Does anyone know how to retrieve apps under an old Apple ID when the email used for that account no longer exists & I can't remember the password? After speaking with Apple Acct. Security, I got the security Q right but my birthday was wrong! They wanted the serial number from my phone that was 3 iPhones ago! Seriously??!!
Any updated way to work around this? No Apple people can correct it.
