Go to creative.adobe.com/redeem
Sign In or Sign Up
Enter Your Information
Enter Your Redemption Code
In the Keep Your Membership Current section enter billing info or click "remind me" to avoid enter billing info.
Start using Creative Cloud.
You should now see a screen that says "Thank you. Your redemption code has been applied."
For further support call Adobe: 1-800-443-8158

Photo shop CC 2014 does not need serial number,You have purchased Creative Cloud pour la Photo (un an) which is active & has no billing issues.

I don't know which operating system you are working on so i am giving you some steps windows and MAC OS:
Windows:
   In windows 7 navigate to following location:
     /windows/system32/drivers/etc
   1. look out for "Hosts" file
   2. Open it with notepad
   3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
   4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CC
Mac:
   1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
   2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
   3. Remove the entries and save the file
   4. try again launching any product from CC

my adobe presenter redemption code (creative cloud) membership does not work. Each time I input my presenter code at creativecloud/redeem it returns a message 'ooops, this code has been redeemed.'

I got both installed but on installing Presenter keeps giving errors that a previous version is installed on the computer and cannot proceed. I verified that there is no previous version and keep redoing the install and get stuck AGAIN and AGAIN at this point.
I also verified that I have the latest version of Flash on Chrome and I have the latest version. Why is Adobe so all over on downloading/installing their products. I (and other paying customers) cannot waste more time on this very simple procedure just because the software packages are not packaged properly or. the teams in charge of ensuring the products DID NOT correctly package the products securely (with the updates included) and more importantly, ensured that the products were linked to user accounts who purchased them.

As confirmed by you Muse is asking for serial numer on launch. Most of the time this happens because of Hosts file on the machine.
Please go ahead and rename the hosts file on your machine and you should be all set. here are the steps for both MAC and Windows.
Windows:
1. Go to following location. C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
2. Rename the file "Hosts" to "hostsold"
3 Relaunch Muse and sign in with your Adobe ID, you should be all set.
MAC:
1. Go to Finder > Go > Go to Folder
2. Type /etc and hit Return
3. Rename the file "Hosts" to "hostsold"
4. Relaunch Muse and sign in with your Adobe ID, you should be all set.

I have a Canadian iTunes account how can I redeem an iTunes HD code that I received from an Amazon purchase. I tried to redeem it and it says that it is a US code only. I have heard you can create a new account with an American billing address and redeem it that way. But could I also change my current account to an American address (I have a US shipping address) redeem the code and switch back to the Canadian address or would I lose the digital copy. Does anyone have any experience with this? I have an Apple TV and would rather not have to log in and out just to watch movies.

You can't redeem it except in a US iTunes account. Since you got it from Amazon I would return it and ask them to replace it with one from the CAD store.
If you have a US iTunes account then you can switch to the US Store and redeem it there.

Hi Sanjeet,
I think the thread that you have read have different program number.
Please follow the below mentioned steps:
1. First execute report S_ALR_87013558. Then go to System->Status and copy the program number from there.
2. Go to se38 and put the program number and execute.
3. Go to Program at the top menu and now there you can see the option Execute in Background available there.
4. Execute and save it as variant.
5. Go to SM36, mention the job name and enter. Put the variant and save.
6. Go back, and go to start condition and start immediate or as per date/time desired.
Try this, if it works.

How to upgrade Pages with a redemption code

I am not sure where and how to upgrade Pages using a redemption code given to me by Apple, as an old coworker's ID is stuck as the original purchaser for the program and cannot be changed. I was issued an exception/redemption code but I don't know how to use it, whenever I click update it just brings me to the same box with his ID asking for the password we don't know. Please help! Pages will no longer allow me to open and use my work documents. iMac has been upgraded to Yosemite. Thanks!

If you have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac:
Pages 5 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5/5.01 can not open Pages 5.1 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.1 sometimes can not open its own files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.5.1 only runs on Yosemite and has yet another file format.
Pages 5 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has not only managed to confuse all its users, but also itself.
Note: Apple has removed over 100 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:
Archive/trash Pages 5, after exporting all Pages 5 files to Pages '09 or Word .docx, and rate/review it in the App Store, then get back to work.

How to activate my adobe account?

So I have bought this years subscription for adobe cloud, I have recieved an activation code, but I don't know where to insert it. Does anyone know this?
I have looked all over the website and google trying to find out where I can use this code, but can't find it. I even went to the help menu and nothing there was useful.

You can't. The Mac App Store app is required to download OS X Lion. Without a Mac, you can't have the app.
